Came to grab something and drop off something for service. Doors were locked at @ 5: 50pm. How do you expect to do service with clients. The security guard was so rude the hid in the corner.

I have been customer of Tiffany's for years. I have shopped online, by phone and at several of their shops including New York, Los Angeles, Ball Harbor, etc. I have always been treated well by their customer service and sales people, especially those in the Miami Design District;
I was served by a wonderful gentleman who patiently spent time showing us several pie and inviting us the the VIP pop up right close to the location, he was patient, friendly, fun and open to please. Definitely recommend.
