Very clean and good food. Had a steak bowl and it was great. Super friendly staff. I love that they have a "sauce bar" with all kinds of options. The "Jason's mom" sauce is the best.

Just ok. Love the hot sauce bar but the burrito was so bland. People that work here were very nice and bubbly on 8/28/21 around 3 pm. Step up the seasoning please.

We come often so was very disappointed to see the cashier with hickeys all over his neck.does management not carefully? Couldn't he have worn a gator mask

Horrible service! The guy was so rude to us while taking our order, he rolled his eyes and kept making gestures of frustration! Our order was also messed up and it took 45 minutes to get it done right! We just left without eating, and they still made us pay for a messed up order!

Pretty darn good food. I’ve gotten a few things here and have always been satisfied. Meat portions on certain things are a little light and less filling but flavor is there for sure. I like the chimichanga with queso on top. It was recommended by a very sweet employee. I’ve been here a few times. Quality and cleanliness is always on point. They do a bunch of hot sauces instead of salsa. You have to pay extra for salsa. I’m not a big fan of any hot sauce other than cholula original so far. 4/5 is a good solid score. I like the place and end up here every couple of weeks.

This Tijuna Flats was really good the food was really good! The spices and seasoning was perfect. The food was fresh and hot when it was served.

Employees were friendly and attentive, and kept the indoor dining area clean. Great value for the food, plenty of vegetarian options.

Just raise your prices rather than let devoted customers get home to a bowl of white rice no chicken no steak the sour cream and gust ordered on the side_ not in any bags s sure way to scam people too bsd we are not buying what you’re selling snymore your customers know you see scamming them with these changes fo two dollars we can microwave a bag of white rice in 90 seconds

Love the food, it’s usually quick but the last 3 times I’ve been to this location it’s been terrible service, wait was well over 20 minutes past the time I was told to arrive for an online order, another time I was missing drinks. I won’t stop eating at Tijuana flats, but this was my last time at this location.

Always love eating here. The burritos are so good and the ingredients are fresh. The hot sauce bar carries a variety of options from sweet and mild to tangy to spicy. Great service too!

It's kind of like a higher quality taco bell. Don't take that as an insult though, it's good, fast and affordable. The sauce bar has something for everyone.

Great food, fresh and made to order! The staff are always friendly, but be prepared to eat outside, because it is freezing in that place most of the time!

I only order chimichangas from Tijuana flats and that's because they're the only ones who make them right. They shred the chicken. And they taste pretty darn good too

This location has become our go to spot to meet family for Taco Tuesday. We grab a table outside then go in to order with one of the friendly staff. Almost before we sit down our meals are delivered table side. Usually one if the servers checks to see if we need drink refills-last night that did not happen but everyone has an off night.

We had high hopes but the place is extremely dirty in all areas, dining hall and kitchen. The food was not cooked properly, service was subpar, the place is very poorly managed and understaffed. I would NEVER recommend going to this place. UGH!

Tijuana Flats always looks so groovy and alluring anywhere I go and see one. Even more so since I work for DoorDash and constantly pick up orders from the Lakeland location. So coming here was never and if, but a when. I just didn’t plan on going to a random one in Sarasota before hitting the Lakeland store.

I absolutely love the wacky eccentric way that all Tijuana Flats are decorated. Definitely their trademark and I am all for it. I was specifically really interested in taste testing their sauce station, which literally has probably about 20 different hot sauces to choose from. Right up my alley.

I got the burrito bowl and it was decent. Next time I go I want to either try a legitimate burrito or the enchiladas, which are always my top pick for Mexican food. I still enjoyed the bowl but I don’t feel I got the full effect.

The girl working was absolutely the sweetest person and I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves a shout out for being so friendly and accommodating. Overall, I’d come back to a Tijuana Flats. Not necessarily because it’s incredible food, but it’s still not bad and the overall experience is quite fun. I’d also recommend the peach hot sauce (yup sounds super weird but I promise you will be amazed)!

Visited on a Sunday and had great lunch experience and the young man out on the floor providing drink refills and checking up was awesome. We appreciated his positive attitude. Food was good and place was clean.

Overrated, Moe's and Chipotle are better. Hot sauce cups are to small to dip chips in and to many varieties of hot sauces of not much flavor. Just heat in the hot ones no flavor.

Ordered online twice from here and it’s been late both times. At least 10-20 minutes over what they said. However, the food is really good and I like the atmosphere.

I used to frequent this location and the business in general but I will not be coming back for a long time. Food quality is still great but sadly I prefer the fish tacos over ground beef. Management is not focused on customer service at all. I was charged full price for “happy hour beer” no big deal.just wanted to order 2 beers for the $2 price but the manager would not allow to have a second beer for $0.25 because I was already charged $3.75 for the first. I could care less about the $1 it’s just not how you treat a customer who was overcharged any amount.
