I'll gladly update this later, but for now, 3 star review for the unenthusiastic cashier. You know you don't HAVE to work here if you're that miserable, right? You're making them look bad.

Love the tacos though thank you to everyone working here EXCEPT that cashier girl. See you soon, Tijuana Flats.

What terrible customer service first and last visit the manager Dan has no customer service skills what do ever

Patrick. And Gianna where so nice 10/10 service makes you want to come around with your whole family so sweet & friendly! Awesome totally recommend.

Very friendly even though they were very busy. Food took some time to make, but came out tasting very good.

Not happy…. Buyer beware…

We ordered a salad with double meat and received a dish with less than a quarter cup of chicken. Also, the lettuce tasted spoiled and was soggy. The entire bowl was basically lettuce. Needless to say it tasted horrible not sure if there was a quality check on the food before it’s served to deliver. You can immediately smell something is spoiled. Not happy. Paid almost $18 for a dish that smelled bad and was not the right amount in terms of portion. See picture attached if you think I’m kidding. When we took out all the lettuce and it was less than a cup of beans/chicken. This is apparently the portion for the “double chicken”.

My review was done until I bit in my second order which I clearly stated no jalepeños (see picture) Guess what I got? Yep, Jalepeños. Not sure if whoever made the food read the instructions but this will be the last time I order from this place. I hope my review helps someone make the right choice.

They need to get the below correct:

1. Portions
2. Quality
3. Directions
4. If someone orders double chicken, please add the extra chicken
5. If someone elects not to have a certain thing in their food, it’s for a reason.

Good Food but slow service. I also felt their portion size was smaller than other locations.

It was the first time trying this chain. It didn't disappoint. I had the banging chicken burrito and it was delicious. My husband is crazy for the tacos. The choice of sauces is fun. The counter staff was patient and helpful. They brought our food to the table and cleaned up after us. Can't wait to go again.

Great fast Mexican food served in a clean a SUPER friendly environment. Went in for a couple fast tacos (not breakfast 8) ). Was there about 20 minutes and the manager was out meeting and checking up on satisfaction and cleaning as he went. Well done boss!

Revisit: I've dropped my review down to 2 Stars. The last few times I've come here, the food and service just hasn't been that good.

Great food great service. Location is just down the street. Love the hot sauce bar. Management is doing a good job on keeping staff and customers happy. I love all their food.

Sadly today I have to give it a 3 the only thing I have ever ordered twice a week for many many years is the ever so crunchy taco shell " taco salad" they have that was spectacular! However no more taco shell now it will be just a boring bowl with no crunch and no flaky fresh baked flavor. Goodbye Tijuana flats I will miss you so very much! So sad that so many great things have come to and end and so many companies will lose otherwise extremely faithful patrons because of the changes.

A popular franchise restaurant serving up Tex-Mex varieties. Good selection with menu like tacos, burritos, bowls and Flautas. If you like spicy stuff, you gonna love their hot sauce bar! An awesome collection of 20+ unique hot/spicy sauces for you to fancy your tastebuds. We visited on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was busy with diners. We had the Chicken Flautas and Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl. Flautas were really good. Shrimp bowl was amazing, bursting with flavors. Service was ok; once they drop off the food to your table you are on your own (you need to go back to the cashier for refills etc.)
Overall, a really nice spot for some Mexican food.

I lost my bracelet at the counter and didn’t realize until I got home. E sweet employees found it and kept it safe for me. Very honest people. Good food too!

I had just gone to the location on Boynton and Congress and it was atrocious the customer service was horrible they were lazy and rude honestly. I have been gone to this location at the Lantana store and it is phenomenal the customer service is phenomenal the food quality is so much more fresh so much better and the customer service was beautiful I genuinely had a conversation with the manager and he helped us out it’s just beautiful. I will no longer be going to the Boynton in Congress store for my business I will hear fourth come to the Lantana and jog location. The manager at the Lantana locations name is Logan and he is absolutely phenomenal a great person very good with helping us out and correcting the Boyntons locations problems.

Staff is very friendly which is very welcoming food is amazing, I do hate the fact that the to-go sauce containers have been having issues closing down properly but because of how good the staff is and how good the food is id still give it 5stars

Great customer service! They recommended for us to get the bangin chicken burrito and it was FIRE! The strawberry lemonade was also great! Everything tasted so fresh. 100% would recommend!

Every single time they forget to put Queso on my burrito. Can’t tell you how many times it has happened at this location. Doesn’t happen anywhere else

Very cool atmosphere and the food is always served quickly and is always fantastic.
I wish more restaurants were run as good as this place.

Love their tacos and not to mention the best part for us is the customer service. With how awful customer service has gotten lately we can always count on Tijuana to have great service. The manage and staff are so friendly and always polite. Thank you for giving a great experience every time. It's hard tp find these days.
