Nah.we used to come here often.since the pandemic they have gone downhill and over the cliff. Service is terrible, the staff is rude and the wait is ridiculous. I'd be inclined to think it was the pandemic except I've been to plenty of places that have recovered and their service is fine.

I advise no one to come to this location. My girlfriend and I have had multiple bad experiences here in the past few months. It took us an hour to get chips and queso on one occasion, with virtually no attention paid to us sitting outside. When going in to ask about food order taking so long, multiple employees were leaning on counters and on their phones with food orders waiting to be finished. This last time we came as we were ordering the cashier rolled her eyes as we ordered, as if she was annoyed that customers were bothering her. Then I brought this to the attention of the manager who by the way should not be a manager based off of how she handled the situation. All the manager did was try to validate that the cashier is so stressed because she has to press buttons all day and they are short staffed as though that’s justification for the cashiers behavior. No apology was given and the manager delivered our chips and queso and just threw it on the table. After the confrontation no one ever came over to refill our drinks or check in on us at all which is usual at other locations. I can be sympathetic to being understaffed as many businesses are right now, but plenty of other places have figured out how to maintain positive guest experiences with the same shortages. If you are looking for customer service and timely food delivery this is not the location to go to.

Hadn't been here in about two years and came out disappointed. Much better fast food Mexican to be had. The one shining point is the selection of sauces but they were out of the Vidalia onion, which is the one I always go for.

The employees are always plans and work to get the food out as quickly as possible. We go here often

This is the most hit or miss Tflatts I’ve ever been to. They also don’t do a lot of the promo food items it seems.

My new "go to" taco joint. It's takes a bit of learning curve to order but the food is excellent.

I visited the champions gate location for the first time and I just want to say how impressed I am with the customer service. The manager, Scottie, and area supervisor, Kalie, went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Your service has earned 5 stars:)

We eat here frequently love the food and atmosphere. My grandkids love the wings and so do I. Only problem I've seen is a lot of impatient customers and some even throwing trays at workers. Sad when we have enough evil in this world. If that's your goal simply go across the street to McDonald's. Servers are sweet and don't hesitate to refill our chip basket when asked. Recommend the chicken flatas yummmm.

We used to order here all the time, however, more recently they have reduced the amount of chips in Togo orders. Occasionally we try ordering again and are just left disappointed. The food is still fine, but unless you dine in, you won't be getting many chips. We ordered a large amount of food for a family gathering and the largest amount of chips was what we would have considered normal in the past. All the others were super disappointing.

Very disappointed. Ordered through Uber Eats and items came incorrect or missing. All labels on order show correct info but everything was made wrong. Order was sent out shortly before closing and we suspect they threw whatever they had at us with little care knowing by the time the food would reach us they would be closed.

I work at doordash, Uber eats and grub hub, my job is to pick up and deliver food and I always have to wait too long for food at this restaurant. On September 5,2031 at 6: 00 pm I arrived at the restaurant to pick up two take-out orders from (Uber eats) I asked and they gave me only one of the two orders I had. I had to wait 15 minutes for my second order and I checked where the take out orders are supposed to be and my order was not there then I went over and asked for my order and there were 3 bags ready and I did not know they were mine, nobody told me nothing and they already knew that I was waiting there, as it is possible that they do not help the drivers, I got very angry since I lost a lot of time which is important in my work.

Waited an hour for a dry quesadilla with no pico, sour cream, or jalapeños. The first time I ordered a quesadilla from TF everything came inside the quesadilla, the second time it was all on the side. Now this time they didnt include it at all!

Food was good, but service was very slow. They forgot items of our order and got one meal wrong. They do have a good selection of hot sauce.

I will be calling corporate the supposed manager Marisa is horribble has 0 customer service skills talks to people like animals i simply asked if she can add nachos to my uber eats order as i have done with you guys plenty of times in the past and she refused and was rude about it told me SHE HAD NO TIME TO ADD TO MY ORDER because she was a hour backed up and repeated to me she had no time to add to my existing order cause she was a hour out in her rude tone

Food was amazing! Will go back for sure! Had a mishap with there being missing items and sides, but they corrected it by the time I got back to pick them up.
