Service is still great, aside from having to ask for my drink, but the portions have gotten so skimpy! This steak entree would leave a small child still hungry.

My order is good probably 1 out of every 4 visits. The queso is either watery with no flavor or my tacos have absolutely no chicken or the chicken is burnt and tastes like charr. I think I’m done with this location.

Will not be eating here anymore. Was double charged, asked for a different protein (bangin chicken) on the nachos from the regular chicken and was told no problem. Ordered some other things, got the receipt and sat down, while waiting to eat I was looking at the receipt and noticed an extra $4.99 on top of the $10.00 for the nachos. I asked the waitress if this was right and she was confused too, left and came back with the explanation “inflation, what can you do” and walked away. Cool, I’ll just let everyone know they nickel and dime and that’s about it. Where’s the chicken I paid for because I didn’t get the chicken for $10 I got some fried chicken (not a generous amount by any means)

The tacos were AWFUL. The meat was ice cold. The rice on the burrito isn't full cooked. Now I see why they are not busy.

The staff is always helpful, friendly, and has a smile on their face. The environment is cozy. The restaurant is not busy. The food is good. I would suggest having complimentary salsa with the chips.

I would advise that you NEVER order a steak nacho. There was no meat on our order. We showed the staff and they agreed and took our order to the back to be re-made. Lauren came to our table and handed us the dish and stated that they ADDED steak this time for free but next time we need to add extra if we needed more.

A. We came here for a quick lunch. We can afford our meal and any extras, if needed. B. The sad part is that the dismay has nothing to do with their portion guidelines. It has to do with the fact that there was NO steak in our meal. We asked an employee to look at it just to verify that our eyes were not deceiving us.

Every staff member treated us with respect. It's sad that they are being led by Lauren (we were told she was the actual manager).

Lauren was completely unprofessional in handling the situation. No empathy, no understanding, no humility and she made it very clear that we shouldn't be there.

You can actually get better meal proportions at McDonald's with a $2.00 hamburger. You would also receive more respect from there too.

We sent back our meal (no reimbursement needed) and will never go back. I didn't expect this at all.

This location used to be good, but it has gone way downhill over the last 2 years. We're done giving it a chance. We always order pickup through the app and EVERY SINGLE TIME they manage to screw up our order! And we dont even order anything complicated! I wouldn't mind too much if we weren't losing money for their mistakes, but to pay extra and not get it? Yeah, that's annoying. I'm sure it would be fine if you were dining in, since any mistake could be fixed on the spot, but getting home to find that your order was incorrect is just so frustrating. We've given them so many chances, but after another messed up order today, we won't be going back.

Really enjoyed the Two Taco Tuesday deal. I mixed it up with the chicken and ground beef. All other ingredients were fresh.

Ordered 2 burritos; 1 with blackened chicken for my Wife & the other grilled. Honestly could not taste the difference. Very skimpy portion for the $10 plus price that cost all of $1 to make.
Asked for salsa verde? Nope.
Salsa Baja? Nope.
Salsa roja? Nope.
Pico De gallo? Nope.
Just plain old salsa & a few chips. Borrrriiiiinnnng.
God I miss Chipotle or Baja Fresh in California where burritos were a meal & you could actually taste the chicken.

Wanted to like it.disappointing.

Long wait for take out. Stone cold food. My burrito was so cold that the cheese inside was not even slightly melted. Staff is nice but disorganized. No more lame excuses. It’s simple, hot food quickly.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The chicken was all burnt pieces looked like scrapes the cheese was disgusting and had pieces of BEANS in it. The steak was ice cold and chewy. HORRIBLE and I don't ever write reviews! 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

Hands down the best tacos you can find! Big tacos, not small barley there! Service was excellent and they were friendly. Definitely recommend!

Ordered online for pickup and the young ladies there were very helpful and polite. They had my order ready and correctly made as requested. Will be ordering from here again.

The staff was friendlier than past and service was great but the salad was wilted and brown spots on lettuce the nacho shells were tasteless. I have gotten much better at taco bell's next door and for half the price. So save your money and eat at taco bell.
