Tijuana Flats

The food was really good. I had the quesadilla my wife had the chimichunga. Both were delicious. The service is more order and pick up but had tables to sit at. Very casual place. Clean and friendly staff.

Great food, excellent service and very fast. They have a large variety of really good hot sauces. Very recommended

The food and location was good after we got inside. When we were standing outside at 10: 58am on Saturday September 17th waiting for them to open at 11: 00am, the cashier walked by us, unlocked the door, went in, left it unlocked but never acknowledged us. We waited to 11am, opened the door and went in to order from the cashier. She was friendly once we go it but it would have been nice if she would have acknowledged us and welcomed us in since she left the door unlocked. An alternative would have been an acknowledgment and letting us know that we can come in at 11: 00am and she was leaving the door unlocked. We just stood their unsure of the situation because she pretended that we did not exist when she walked right by us.

Always order two beef tacos, chips and drink at three dinners. Always fair portions.
The beef taco filling and toppings are skimpy and few. Unacceptable. Nothing like the pictures or usual portions. Unfortunately this review won’t allow pictures to show you and lucky for Tijuana Flats. Where is portion control in the kitchen personnel? Check your to go orders before you leave People!

Outside seating is wonderful

Great hot sauce bar and decent Tijuana trio. The tacos are big and good but are the chicken tacos always served cold or did I get a screw up? They where good but like the chicken was pulled out of the fridge.

Cashier didn't greet us, never once smiled or even asked how everything was. We were the only customers un the store. I find that Florida has no customer service and 90% of employees are just so rude. I grew up in a time when a customer walked into your business, you said hi welcome to? How can I help you today.

Ordered fish tacos from them tonight (07/20/2022), probably a bad move ordering fish from a tex mex place but Jesus these were horrible. The tacos smelled rancid, the fish was not fresh and definitely left out in the kitchen for a couple hours. Won't even be able to get a refund.

I’m going to complain here. My complaint may seem petty but I ordered a side of coleslaw. This coleslaw was yellowish in color ok it was a chipotle flavor. Somewhat different but ok. It was topped with grated cheese and bacon bits. Why? My mistake for ordering coleslaw in a Tex/mex place. I would keep complaining about the rest of my order but I don’t want to be a Karen.

Went there expecting just a carry out place. This was close, but a little better quality. They bragged on there hot sauce, butnot so much. No soft corn tortillas.

We’ve been here at least five times and have enjoyed the experience every time. Food is delicious and when an issue pops up the manager solves it right away which is different than other tijuana in the area. Food is ready when you get there and tasty. Our favorite tijuana

Taco Tuesday! Hot Bar! The TJ Flats in Pompton is one of the best in the franchise. The staff is friendly and fast, and the place is always full. There are always fun and friendly conversation to be had.

Great food and service! Chicken wings are great way better than the restuarants near by and burritos are really awesome too. Very helpful nice staff.

I order curbside from here often and you’re lucky if they’re actually paying attention and bring your food out. I often have to park and pick my order up inside, or wait 15min after the pick up time in my car while the place is empty and the staff isn’t paying attention. I ordered there tonight and got home to realize they didn’t give me utensils and didn’t give me the chips and salsa that came with my order. The management here is really lacking and it’s sad. I’m pretty sure they also cut the bottoms of the receipts so you can’t take an online survey and report their store to corporate. I can’t even drive back there for my chips and salsa if I wanted to because they’re closed. Such a waste of a location.

Love this little spot here in Pompano Beach that got the best steak bows come throughi is one of the best little spots here and close to the beach enjoy some affordable food really friendly staffs clean environment

Worst salad ever. I always get the same thing which I love. You must have a new cook. Very small mostly lettuce. Chicken super dry. Very little pico. Small amt of guac 1/4 tsp of cheese and a salt shaker full of salt. Had to toss most of it.
Let me know when u have a new cook.
$8 down the drain.

I’m not sure who is posting these reviews with 4 and 5 stars, but if you’ve tasted Tacos at places like La Lupe on Atlantic or the back of a Ranchero meat market (very local food), this place is an absolute disaster. Think of it as the MacDonalds of Taco places.

The people working there are great and the atmosphere is very nice. The hot sauce selection is also great. The tacos themselves, fast food at its best.

You have been warned.
