Worst! Burrito was ice cold and bland. How is this in South Florida? Tijuana Flats makes Chipotle look high end.

Super disappointing in todays visit. My order was placed at 11: 56am online and came at 12: 25. Wasn't on the shelf no big deal, waited for my food. Finally got it at 12: 31 and my coke was half empty and food is cold so it’s very unpleasant to eat it. Yet everyone that was there and other online orders were getting called.

Awful place! Poorly run and managed. Made me wait for 30+ mins for food. Obese unmotivated employees with attitude

Worst burrito spot! I just ordered take out and not only did they give me the wrong order. They gave me a beef burrito instead of the steak burrito that I WANTED! For the same price. It clearly said steak on my to go box.

I hadn't been to a Tijuana Flats in a long time. It just doesn't seem the same. The food (at least the chimichanga) seemed prefabricated. This location had about 50% of it hot sauce selection depleted. Orders did come fast and the staff maintained a presence in the dining area to help anyone in need.

Great service and deliciously consistent food quality. I love their chicken or carnitas flautas - the fried flour tortillas are to die for. Wish they had more of their sauce options available.

Worst food of all time! Absolutely no flavor at all stale chips. Don’t waste your time and money ever. Go to else where and get food that actually has flavor.

3 people working total, and entire was incorrect. Ordered wheat, got white. Returned with white burrito and was told, “We are out of wheat”. Got refund, but concerned about this franchise; is it for sale? Asking for a friend ;)

OOF there nachos and cheese dips never fail to amaze me. I highly recommend getting the side of white and yellow quesos to dip any extra chip and hold off on the sour cream and pico de gallo. Thank me later ;)

I was pretty disappointed, I remember going here before and it was so much better. I got a chimichanga with chicken and refried beans. There wasn’t cheese on top of the burrito and it had the saddest and thinnest layer of sour cream I’ve ever seen. The chicken was so salty. There were actually people returning there food when I went in, they said it was so salty they couldn’t even eat it. I should have done the same. I won’t be going back.

I've been bringing my staff here for the past 6 months, today while taking my order they literally let someone walk right up and cut me off. Good job losing a patron.

It was decent had the Chipotle chimichangas worth it for the money.

Really nice customer service and the food was great. Fresh. Got chicken flautas, chips and guacamole and a shrimp taco.
