Tijuana Flats

I went to an office lunch. Service was on top, I got my burrito within 5mins. There are a lot of sauces to try out and you can pack it as well. It is from spicy to sweety and then sweet spicy sauce which I liked the most

FOOD POISONING. I WAS NAUSEOUS FOR TWO DAYS. Not only that but it had like chunks of condensed cheese in the food? I didn't even order cheese? I specifically ordered no cheese? Imagine what else gets in the food if they're so careless. No wonder I got severely ill. DO NOT EAT HERE. If you must get Tijuana flats go to a different location, maybe one with more than 4 stars. 4 and a half is a far better sign. Avoid this location at all costs. The only good thing was the lemonade but who knows, that couldve made me sick. Oh and I got very little food in a giant bowl, very odd. It's like the workers are angry and feel like they're PAYING for the food they put on your plate. Really?

I ordered a beef and black bean burrito with everything on it with chips and Coke using the mobile app. I picked up the order. The store was not busy. When I got home and opened the bag I saw I received a burrito with nothing on it, a bag of crumbs, and a Coke cup filled 3/4 of the way. When I discovered the burrito was missing the toppings I called the store. The phone rang for 10 minutes. When a woman picked up I told her I ordered using the mobile app and the order was made incorrectly. She said she would get the manager. I heard her call for Paul. The voice that replied told her to hang up the phone. Then the line went dead.

Edit: Tijuana Flats contacted me to apologize. I have since gone back to this location and ate in person a few times. Today I ordered to go and they put my order in incorrectly and charged me extra for my drink. I caught the overcharge and had it corrected before I left but I didn’t notice the order was wrong until I got home and bit into my taco that didn’t have any beef in it. Oh well, a black bean taco is probably healthier anyways…

So wife and ordered a chicken chimichanga and I got a chicken burrito and both had no flavor very blan. But on the positive they have over 20 different hot sauces so once u burn your pallet you won't notice.then the appetizer was a Tijuana trio the salsa was flavorless the queso Blanco was good but the guack dip wasn't hardly edible half of it was a hard blob of un crushed avocado. I don't recommend this place.

Not only did I get 3 pieces of beef in my chicken bowl, but it was a very small amount of food.

The food is bland and tasteless. The one good thing on the menu is the shrimp bowl. Everything else is 'meh'

Nice restaurant, service was great! The food was blan and flavorless. Queso Blanco was excellent but the quac was not even usable, the avocado was a big chunk.

Every time I visit Disney World I stop here. The service is excellent, the prices are great, and the food is phenomenal. If you are vacationing in the Disney World area this place is a must. Just went again on June 24 2023. This place never disappoints me. Lilly took care of us and was very courteous and professional. She was smiling and a pleasure to interact with. She is one of many reasons why I will be returning. Thank you for the excellent service as always.

Amazing food. First time here and it was great. The staff are so nice and the food is out of this world. They have a whole bunch of different hot sauces to try in the middle of the restaurant. I also love the tvs that they have it shows the Oddly satisfying channel on it

The staff really hate you from the moment you walk in the door. Nobody wanted to take our order and it doesn't feel great when you feel like an inconvenience. We hadn't even said a word. Just a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Food was very good for "fast" food was the only good thing. My husband wanted to leave.

Fun place. Good verity of hot sauces. All delicious. I give three stars because the chimichanga I ordered was very small. The smallest chimichanga in the history of chimichangas. It cost the same as the other entrees, but a lot less bang for the buck compared to the other options.

This is a regional chain. The food and process is not too different from Chipotle or Qdoba, but the offer an interesting variety of specialty sauces as a difference. The food was good, price was reasonable for being in the middle of a tourist trap area. The atmosphere was just loud and distracting. Music was loud, decorations were mostly graffiti oriented in bright colors that didn't seem to have a message or any tie to region or culture. If I am in the area again, we might still eat there, but will probably seek something locally owned next time.

Keeps going down hill. Don't get take out. Whoever prepared and packed our food must have been a angry. Nachos were extremely salty with clumps of cold beef, mountains of salad, and the guac appeared to have been thrown on top at a high rate of speed. It was splattered everywhere. You'll find better nachos at Taco Bell. The flautas were ice cold. The wrap was barely cooked and had a lot of moisture on it. The bag of chips that came with it, had a total of 10 chips. We have lived in the area for two years now and have noticed the continual decline of this location. When the manager is around it's not bad, but this is the last straw. Will no longer be going back.
