Tijuana Flats

Went with a few coworkers that have never been and unfortunately it wasn't to the standards that we are used to. One of my coworkers who was the skinniest asked for 3 burritos and they didn't even warn him of the size they just charged him fortunately the manager was kind enough to refund him one of them. Also I don't know why but around 3 it was completely empty

Food was great! Sat outside with our family on the fenced in patio. Service was good and quick.

The last 3 or 4 times I've come in there's zero to maybe 2 people in front of me and it takes 30-45 minutes for 1 regular taco tuesday order. Good food made slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww enough to make you regret coming.

Was there last Tuesday for Taco Tuesday and got next to no meat on my tacos. Also there were barely any chips even though I order a side of queso that comes with chips y'all can do better.

Food is very slow and to go orders are sometimes right. Was told it would be a couple of minutes which turned into 30 minutes with a wrong order.

Not the best, not the worst. The prices are ok. The portions could be bigger. It's tasty. Best for lunch. They are not as busy as they use to be. I don't know why though.

We ordered tonight at 4: 45 on the app, was supposed to be done by 5: 20 & wasn’t until 5: 50. When we got home 5 out of 8 items were wrong. Supposed to have no cheese on them & all 3 of the entrees did. We called & sat on hold for 10 minutes before just driving back in to get the order fixed bc no one answered. They fixed it. We realized we had no chocolate sauces in the cookie desserts but called who went back to get order fixed & ended up getting it. The food was awful. Not 1 out of the 8 orders we’re good. The tacos were seriously wet from sitting in the togo boxes for so long, thinking they were what was made first. We will def not go back. $110 dinner that was garbage. Sad bc it used to be one of our favorite places.

Great place when you are craving Mexican food. My usual is the Chimichanga with either steak or chicken, but the burritos and tacos are also great. You may also want to give the flautas a try. If you love tacos, be sure to stop by for Taco Tuesday. I also love their chips and queso. Here is a tip just in case you weren't aware, you can free refills on the chips and queso, sometimes they'll even ask you if you want a refill of chips and queso to take home.

The burrito ended up looking a cup of water was inside of it despite not ordering it wet. But the double stack tacos were great.

Unfortunately. The food has gone downhill way fast. My burrito (one of 6 meals) only had steak in half of it, and it seemed old. Use to eat here on the regular. The past 3 or 4 times have been very disappointing:/ wonder what's going in there next

Ordered takeout. No silverware. No napkins. Queso was canned cheese. Oversalted with no garlic, cumin, cilantro, lime. No hot sauce. Don't bother.

Went in the other night for a shrimp bowl…. Shocking they were out of shrimp took me 45 mins to get a refund not to mention staff rude when I asked to speak to a manager he wreeked of weed and told me I’d have to wait days to get a refund on my card? Not professional will not be returning ever.

Go get a bowl or a salad and put a bunch of weird hot sauces on it. Look at the art murals. Listen to the loud music. Who is the dj?

This place is horrible. Place is dirty and run down. Trash was on the floors in the dining room and kitchen. Workers sweeping in kitchen while food being prepared. No one washing hands. Yuck! Food was horrible/ and not able to eat. Called several times to speak with manager and recording received and no answer. WIll NEVER RETURN AND NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

FOOD POISONING STAY FAR AWAY! We got tacos (beef, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and jalapeños) this past Tuesday (04/11/23), not only did the food take 1 hour and 45 minutes to be ready after the pick up time selected (yes we know it’s taco Tuesday, the restaurant was only a quarter full…) we ended up getting food poisoning, about 3 hours after eating our food, we were in the bathroom for the rest of the night until today, Thursday 04/13/23! Either the food is not being stored properly or not cooked thoroughly. There was a recall on lettuce recently so not sure if the kitchen staff has been made aware of this, might be a good thing to look into tho.
Not sure if there was a change in ownership or management but it has gone downhill compared to the last visit we had at this location.
We wanted to put out the review to let other potential customers aware of the risk they are taking eating here. If you like being in the bathroom for 2 days straight, not being able to keep anything down, this is the place for you. But if you aren’t about that I would suggest to stay away from this restaurant. We will not be returning due to not wanting to be in the bathroom for the rest of our lives.
