Absolutely horrible experience with this location this evening. I specifically ordered my food a certain way due to severe allergy and the order was entered properly into the system. Left with food, got home and there was a BIG pile of the one item I specifically ordered not to be there due to a severe allergy. There went my dinner, straight to the trash. What a waste of time and money, why ask how the order is wanted if you can't fulfill the order.

Food was good, well quesadillas were excellent. Problem was when I got there order was missing a cup for a drink. No problem, but I ordered a large bag of chips which came with salsa, and had 4 other bags that came with the meals. I also ordered the 7 layer dip. I tried to get extra salsa while in the store, but there was no lids. So I get home and there is not 1 drop of salsa with my $75 order! Food great. Prep = needs work. Kinda really bummed that there was no salsa, it ruined the meals and planned chip fest we had.

We love the food and enjoy the folks there.
If you want a Toca and not one of those baby five inch ones it is the place to go. The Burritos are a great size also.

I enjoyed my chicken bowl, megajuana with queso, as usual. They had to remove the sauce bar due to COVID, but i wish they would offer sauce via some other method.

Every time we order something from these location in hunter Creek they always give us the wrong order always I will never go to this location again they lose me as a customer

We have a family of 7 and our daughter for her birthday wanted Tijuana Flats for her birthday lunch. I placed a pick up order for 7pp for a 1pm timeframe and the order was ready and thoughtfully packaged up for us. Inside the Hunters Creek location, the employees had a very organized sanitized area and the 2 ladies were amazing with me. Carried out and drove home all the food that was still hot 20 mins later when I got home, all 7 orders were perfect, the food was amazing and plenty of it! Thank you also to their incredible manager “Buddy” for he has created and incredible team over there and our family absolutely will be going back there again! Thank you TF Hunters Creek!

Best Tuesday and Thursday deal. If you haven't tried the hot sauces, you are missing out. Friendly staff

The staff here is super friendly and the food was good (besides the guacamole, which tasted old), however, it took us almost a half an hour to get our food. I know things are confusing because of the COVID-19 situation but we saw several people who came in after us come in and leave with their food before us.

I love Tijuana Flats but for some reason this location can never get it right. Every time I place an order whether it being to-go or in store, my order always comes out incorrect. One of my most recents visits I included in my order 2 large drinks and was only brought out one. When I asked for my second drink it was like i was an inconvenience to the lady and she even made a comment about checking the receipt in the back in case I was lying. The service is always off and so is the food. I would much rather drive 15-20 min to a different location to get better food and service which is sad.

Customer service is great & there food is excellent & so full of flavor! This is the place to go when you can't make up your mind when your hungry, they won't let you&your family down.

I love Tijuana because the employees are great the food is amazing. I do wish they had a shrimp or fish option that wasn't an upcharge. But Taco Tuesday and Throwback Thursdays are great deals. The staffs always amazing. And the churros and flautas are to die for. My fan of their sweet tea. It's always clean fun crazy atmosphere. But it can get busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays but it is worth the wait.

The hot sauce bar is incredible, always changing from the very sweet to the Trinidad Scorpion (seasonal) great food, great service and great prices. The place is not too crowded on weekdays. Enjoy the Tijuana Tuesday 2 tacos for $5.99 (also seasonal.

Fresh Tex-Mex in a relaxed walk up style. Hot sauce bar has everything from wimpy to wow. Staff if friendly and engaging. Food is always good.

Queso is amazing. Flautas, quesadillas, pretty much everything I've tried here is really really good

Service was great. Food was on the salty side but was great nonetheless. I am not big on too much salt (personal preference). But they took care of me nice.

The food is great but they take a decade to bring your food. If you go there just dont be in a hurry.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful at this restaurant. They held the door open for us and welcomed us in. The manager asked us if we had been there before and gave us the deal of the day. It's also a very artistic environment, and of course the food is great!
