Tiki tails dog resort, Cape Coral FL

Since moving to Florida three years ago, this has been the only place to be able to do a RIGHT de-shedding on my husky. I’ve tried other places, and even though it’s cheaper elsewhere I refuse to go elsewhere. My dog loves this place and so do I!

Great place and friendly staff. I love that they offer grooming services as well as doggy daycare and boarding. They do not put your dogs in a cage. They have their own open space

Our doggo loved her time there for her evaluation. Looking forward to having tiki tails help us with social and play time for our pup.

We use the grooming service here for our dogs and they do an excellent job. The people are always friendly and great at handling our nervous dogs. Prices are very reasonable for the area.

Hands down this business cares about your dog and their well being. My boy Quinn gets very nervous when he comes for his grooming and the entire staff worked tirelessly with me to ensure he would be more comfortable this time around.even calling me on a Sunday the day before his appointment to come up with a game plan. You have just LOST two customers. This is the second time we had a grooming appointment only to be told you don't see it in the book. The appointment was made over the phone and you requested a rabies report. We have been doing business with you for a long time with day care for another one of our dogs. That is now over as with other of my family members. You were not only rude, you had a "could not care less attitude". So we are done. We have been dealing with you for a long time so we know who we called it was you not another tiki tails it's still on my phone.

I have been working from home for about 2 yrs now and just took a job working outside of the home. We adopted our mini Goldendoodle, Huckleberry, a year and a half ago and he has been home with me ever since. I was extremely anxious about leaving him and returning to the outside world for work. We visited MANY day care's for dogs in both Cape Coral and Ft Myers and were not comfortable with ANY of them until we got to Tiki Tails. From the moment we stepped in the front door we were pleasantly pleased with the atmosphere and after being given a full tour we felt relieved beyond belief. We set up a behavioral analysis for Huckleberry and he passed with flying colors. He loves it there and I feel soooo relieved knowing he will be happy and safe and not alone while I am at work all day. Thank you so much Tiki Tails for taking excellent care of our baby!

After moving to SW Florida my Aussie was missing all his friends. We had lived in a townhome and he had LOTS of friends and now even though we had a great backyard, we felt he needed more. I had found out about Tiki from a friend. We finally got everything together and did Scooters interview. I am so glad we did. They suggested we do a few days in a row to get him used to it. The second day when we pulled onto the road and into the driveway he was so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. He may not be ready to play with all the other dogs, but at least he isn’t resisting going and all staff has been amazing.

Wonderful, friendly, and quick service! I had booked an appointment with another grooming place but when that groomer no-showed, I found Tiki Tails nearby and I am SO glad I did! We will be bringing our dogs here from now on. Their walk-in appt for gland expression and nail trims were quick and prices were reasonable. The staff was so friendly and the whole building felt clean and was super cute too!

I was recommended this place last year by my Neighboors and I’ve been hooked since! I love the friendly staff. I love the playful environment and also the way they take care of my fur babies and treat them like part of the pack. I love bringing them here and enjoy seeing everyone’s happy faces when I get there.

Took my puppy to the groomer for the first time not knowing what to expect and Tiki Tails dog resort in Cape Coral far exceeded expectations! I left feeling comfortable that he would be in great hands! My puppy was clean and fluffy when I picked him up he was happier than ever as well. Tiki tails was Clean and very accommodating. Will be a returning customer and I highly recommend.

They are awesome, they take great care of dogs. I love this place, and I will highly recommend them to other people.

I really wanted to love tiki tails since we heard great things.our dogs used to go to doggy daycare all the time and loved it, but since then we moved down to florida and were looking for somewhere new.our dog has been lonely and a little cranky since her sister passed away, so we thought doggy daycare would be good for her.within no more than a half hour we got a call that we had to come and get her because she wasn't playing nicely.this was during the meet and greet, so i would have thought they would have kept her a little longer because 30 minutes is not nearly enough to have a dog become comfortable, especially after a big move and loss of her best friend.we did try somewhere else that took her in with open arms, and within 2 hours she was having a blast with other dogs.we picked her up at the end of the day, free of charge, and she will be going there monthly now to play with her friends.i will be nice and give them 2 stars because they offer walk ins for nail trims and did a great job.but if you're looking for a doggy daycare for a pup that is going through a tough time, please think twice about going here.

The very best of the best! Kayleigh and Brandon, the owners, are extremely dedicated to making sure every pet there is treated above and beyond. The entire staff is not only well trained, but caring and loving toward each animal. An amazing dog resort!

Absolutely LOVE Tiki Tails! My dogs do as well! They have fun, they are safe and come home tuckered out. Highly recommend
