I recommend Tiles of Stuart very highly. Extremely professional from Paula in the office to the supervisors to the installers. Everyone was polite, listened to our concerns and followed up. The entire staff accommodated our time schedule. I could not ask for better service. They are an A-1 Company!

We had the absolute best experience with Tiles of Stuart. Paula provided an expertise in selection, ordering, pricing and installation. She is truly the heart of the operation. On the day of installation, the owner of the company surprised me and arrived at our home with the installer. The installation was flawless. I highly recommend this company and will return to purchase again!

Wow! I am in love with this store and everything about it. Paula was patient, kind and offered unlimited expertise. Vanderson was professional and went out of his way to help us and Jesse was the most amazing tile setter I ever saw! The tile looks perfect. We had another tile store tell us they could not lay this tile as a backsplash. Paula got us the tile, set up the appointment and had it perfectly installed in our kitchen in a week! Thank you Tiles of Stuart we are sooooo in love with our backsplash and with our entire experience. We highly recommend!

Paula was fantastic she listen to what I wanted and worked with us. She had a great ideas. Did not rush us to make any decisions. No pressure.

We were referred by friends at the Empress on HI. They were expensive, but we were assured we were getting the best so wanted to do our floors without worry. The floor looks good, but there were and are definite customer service issues.
We rented a house during demo and tiling and there were days we visited the condominium and no one had been there to work. When we called, they sometimes showed up but did very short days. When we tried to for eight months to have them deliver 5 boxes of tiles we purchased and were supposed to be left for us and never were, Paula assured us that she was looking into this but never called back every time we called- this is still happening - I called her today and was told once again “I’ll call you back in 30 minutes”.
The carpenter they hired nailed our pocket doors shut and then, again, never responded to calls- the earmark of this company. The painter was sloppy and painted the replacement trim a different color, not even asking the color that matched our freshly - painted doors and other woodwork.
The owners are savvy during sale and presentation but will never come back to assess your satisfaction or answer your calls once the bill has been paid. We would not recommend.

I am updating and adding a star because the missing tiles were found or re- ordered and delivered last week, so there was resolution of this complaint.

Best Tile company in Stuart, Fl. Paula was so knowledgeable, sweet, and with impeccable taste. We went to 5 stores in Stuart and none were as helpful as this store. Plus more tiles to choose from.

This company went above and beyond for our home. Everything was done so clean. The process was super easy and they did such amazing job!

We did a total bathroom remodel! Came out absolutely gorgeous. We will be using this company for our kitchen next! 5 stars “Tiles of Stuart! ”

My experience with purchasing the tile, the price of the tile and the estimater was good. My dissatisfaction is with the installer. The young gentleman was very nice but his work was horrendous! The tile installed on the shower stall floor is all uneven. One of the small pieces of tile is installed on its side and a sharp edge is up where I could hurt my foot if I step on it. The edging in one corner does not join properly. With that said the worst part of his work is the grouting. There is grout missing in certain places, too much grout in corners and uneven grout all over. The workmanship shows that this young man does not have the skills to do a satisfactory job. I wish that I had inspected the work more closely before I gave them final payment. I would not use this company again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paula and Scarlet at Tiles Of Stuart when I renovated my master bedroom and bath and the whole house flooring. They were wonderful to work with - very professional, personable, and knowledgeable as were the men who came to install everything! I highly recommend Tiles Of Stuart and their awesome crew with they're high quality tiles and labor!

Tiles of Stuart is an amazing place to shop for high end tile with low prices. Staff is knowledgeable and really take care of customer needs.

As the owner/operator of Phil's Tile CTM 5752 I have install a few bathrooms and backsplashes for customers who have purchased tile here. Paula and Fabiano are wonderful people who take the time insuring the tile will be right the first time and delivered in a timely manner! I will continue to spread the good word to future customers.

The worse experience I’ve had with their installers. I have no issue with their products. However, our tile floor the grout was removed and re-grouted. The tiles had to be acid washed to remove the excess grout The cabinets they installed we done so poorly we had to remove them. Rough opening for appliances were incorrect. Base cabinets were attached to the wall without sufficient support on the floor. Cabinet doors where hung with the wrong swing. The icing on the cake was when ownership said we were too picky. They suggested that I supervise their installers to ensure good workmanship.

Simply the best quality of tile and professionals. And the nicest people as well. Loved it.

They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was personable and professional. They moved and put back furniture, removed the old carpeting, and installed a sound barrier and porcelain tile in our two bedrooms in 3 1/2 days.
