7Excellent. 10 star. From start to finish, this place surpassed any and all expectations we had for a very expensive repair to our car. These guys are the best of the best. Super professional and the customer service is truly ABOVE all others. It's so hard to find high quality, super efficient, reliable and trustworthy professionals around this area. My advice.avoid the dealerships at all costs and run to this repair shop.they set the bar high.
I really can't say enough good things about Ryan and the guys up there. I was a little nervous about bringing my car in for a few different reasons and Ryan was able to really put my mind at ease within minutes. He let me explain the issues I was having with the car (coolant leaks - common BMW problem) and then went over what they would do. I don't want to make this too long with every single detail but he provided timely updates along the way and was very up front in what I would need done without trying to upsell me on extra stuff I didn't really need at the time. Probably the best thing I can say is that I went in nervous and left there feeling confident that they did an incredibly thorough job at an even better price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for service on any brand of import. 10/10 all around!

Took BMW in for new plugs today and found Tills replaced the coils too which I didn’t ask to be done. When asked why I was told nobody wrote down just plugs. No offer to discount them or take them off. Guess I won’t be using Tills again.
They repaired 2 major oil leaks. They were accomodating and repaired it in a reasonable time frame!
I've had very good experiences with Till's. I have a vintage Porsche 911 and I trust Dave Till with the because of his experience with those cars. They are fair, prompt with their work, and very above board. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I was looking for a mechanic to replicate the one I used in CT for several years. I believe I found one at Till's. Ryan was great to work with. Explained to me the cause of the problem I was having with my Volvo and what the fix was. Price was fair. Garage is extremely clean! Would highly recommend as I will be using them again when my BMW needs service.
