Amazing experience, I only had to fix a tire, but it was my birthday, and Bryce told me happy birthday and to be safe on my bike 10/10 experience.

Ryan has been so helpful whenever I needed something done with my car. His attitude is always so positive and happy. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and I’ll keep coming back! - P

We asked for a diagnostic to find out what $ it would require to get our car started. They did $600 of work without permission. Their move is to fix your car and then when you ask why they didn’t do what you asked they will say “we fixed it. Didn’t you want it fixed? We can take the parts out if you like. ” Look out! It’s a trap! Nobody should do more work on a car than what is asked without permission. This looks really bad on such a trustworthy name.

I came here for the first time by necessity. My car had broken down in the parking lot behind the place, so I walked over there. I told them that my car wouldn't start, and a guy came over and checked my battery. They didn't even charge me. After not being able to start my car, we just decided to push our vehicle there, because we didn't want to pay for a tow. The manager (Scott?) told us that they weren't making any promises about looking at it that day. We told them that it was fine. It was 2 days before Christmas! As busy as he was, he ended up getting my car in, and FIXED on that same day! I told him how much I appreciated it, and I made sure to tell him that he was getting a 5 star review from me! We will be back!

Good shop. Got a tire and wheel alignment. Wait was about what I expected. The out-the-door price I received by phone was honored which is a big deal to me.

Ryan is awesome. Great service and friendly inviting and knowledgeable help. Made me feel comfortable to use them for my tires. I most definitely recommend them. Been coming here since 2012 but recently dealing with them was even better than I can remember.

These people are thrives. I took my car in for a transmission inspection. They took it out, inspected it, and put the broken transmission right back in. Total cost, $784.

That is not a misprint. They charged me $784 to take my transmission out and tell me it was broken.

Water Pump needed to be replaced I given a verbal price for the repair and then I was told something else needed to be replace (a single hose)
Worth $ 9.99. I was told $128.
Had to wait another day to get that fix.

I am not satisfied with this Firestone, the one in Fort Myers Serves you very well. Time dodge firestone seems focus more on making money than satisfying customers. They keep adding unnecessary costs and not good in communication, installed another belt instead of driver seat belt. I may not go here again or i would only change the oil nothing else to listen them.

My car was taken to have a miss fire diagnosed. Was told what needed to be done and was okay with the repair needed and the cost. I’m a Firestone card holder and know that if you agree to have the repair done by them they waive the diagnostics fee of $60. They didn’t have time to service me the same day and made me pay the fee. When I left my car was miss firing worse than when I went in. Opened the hood to my engine and noticed they had broken the plug to ignition coil 1. Was very disappointed with the customer service and the handling of my vehicle. I’ve used Firestone for years and never had an issue until this location. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this specific Firestone location. Waste of your time and money.

Took my truck into firestone last month was told I need a new motor almost junked it for $500 my gut feeling told me to get a 2nd opinion had my coilpacks replaced truck now drives like new.

I stopped in to get a price on new tires and was told I only need a tire rotation at this time. I will go back in August to get new tires and a front end alignment. It's rare these days to find that type of honesty the young girl working the front counter and the manager are super cool and friendly

Always a great experience! Year after year I have been a loyal customer because the staff takes such good care of my vehicles! Knowledgeable and customer oriented!

I have been going to Tim Dodge since 2012. They have always been completely honest with me. They will even tell you if you don't need to have something done yet. They are always so polite and treat you like family. Its nice to have a mechanic who will put your needs before their profit.

Just had four tires installed. Good experience. Everyone was very pleasant, particularly Lisa. Things were busy and a little hectic because they're short staffed but it's obviously a popular place. I'll go back.

Good automotive repair facility. They de everything from oil changes, to tires & alignments which i had done. They do good work.

They were very thorough in finding why my headlight went out.there was a short in the connector to the light, they had to remove the bumper to fix it, they replaced both sides and only charging me for one.very nice young men thank you

So I went in on Tuesday at 8am had over 2500$ worth of work and they took care of me by 230pm car drives fine for 24 hours I turn on my street and hear a major clanking sound so of course I’m hysterical and call right away Ryan sends Justin over and he gets there within five mins puts the car in reverse and hears a little scrapping so I tell him you gotta drive it forward he said I just wanna check something really quick bends down and pulls out a flattened beer can that got jammed in my control arm somewhere along the way on 80 driving home from work needless to say I will continue to get my car worked on here. The guys were all great and customer service was amazing Justin wouldn’t even take the money I tried to give him for coming out to my home, just asked me to continue getting service through them. Thanks again for the amazing laugh amazingly fast service and the smooth ride my car is giving me. You guys are the best!

Ryan got me in and out fast. Great phone skills by Carlos. He was able to do the deal over the phone. Great price what more can you ask for. Will go there again for tires.
