Tim Holladay - State Farm Insurance Agent reviews
7I've been a customer for 15 years and a friend for much longer. Tim Holladay and his staff are good, honest insurance agents who genuinely care about their customers. They go above and beyond to do what they can to help their customers. I highly recommend Tim Holliday's State Farm business.
Rude female agent who did not even try to develop a rapport with us. We've been with State Farm for over 26 years before moving to Florida. Because of our experience with this female condescending agent, we're no longer going to insure our home and vehicles with State Farm. We're going elsewhere with a company who cares for us as people first with a desire to help us rather than looking at us as another exorbitant premium! She was a horrible representative for State Farm. We're never looking back just because of her! Shame on her!
I have been with State Farm 30 plus years, And this office did not care one bit. Had to cancel policy as I could not afford to drive any more with the rate went from 400 a year to 1200 dollars.
I've had State Farm protection for my auto's since I could drive. This agent Tim, has a great group of employees who care about their customers. Insurance costs rarely go down. This office explains all increases and works with individual to keep costs affordable. I appreciate their professionalism!
The actual WORST
I received my new insurance cards in the mail, but with the wrong name. I called and told them the correct spelling. The new cards came in, but then my insurance rate increased $80. I called and asked why, but they couldn't explain to me why and said they would call back. I get a call two days later saying that they changed my account. I was a little mad, but I still stayed after this.
Later, I got a letter saying my rate is now increased $300. They randomly took away all of my discounts, without telling me and they couldn't explain why they did. I was told they would get back to me. They never got back to me.
These people are crazy.
