If I could give them 0 stars I would. But for as much as we spent on our kitchen the cabinets still have issues. They blamed the cleaners but it was just their poor quality cabinets. Their “corrections” now show the issues even more.

Ruben took care of some warranty issues and was friendly and very efficient. Great job!

9/12/2023 Alex and Hector were here today replacing and repairing items that were on the warranty list but weren’t available previously. They did a great job.

For the amount paid for the "upgraded" cabinets, I would have been better off having not customizing and reinstalling new cabinets. Exposed particle board, handles not installed squarely. 3.2" on one side 2.7"on the other. Home Depot or Ikea cabinets would have looked and functioned better.

The cabinets was installed wrong and the doors was broken.horrible quality, stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for them to fix a cabinet and they had the wrong cabinet color inside of a box when they showed up. They were supposed to come back and fix the situation the next week, and never showed up. It's very difficult to get in contact with them, or have them call back to setup an appointment.

Well! We’ll come to Fl, home of the cheapest i know a little bit about kitchen cabinets the custom made&the TIMBERLAKE GARBAGE HOT GLUED TOGETHER just to give you an idea how bad they are after two months. My wife was cooking in the cabinet on the right side double door 42 inch high actually fell off the wall. Yes fell off the wall. That’s how bad their garbage is.our conclusion is we decided to go with custom cabinets and I have thrown away all of the garbage that was installed the state here does not have any regulations that you can bite into to go after any company so you’re on your own the builders close their doors and put in don’t disturb sign on. Good luck to anyone that wants to move into Florida and build a house through these builders. They’re all the same.

Company is beyond garbage… Every house built using their cabinets has at least 4-5 issues minimum and that’s me being nice. Never use them they’re complete trash, cheap cabinets, employees are clueless and they have yet to step foward and make a change.
