7How is this a major factory outlet store but they only sell “Fashion” style boots. This Timberland store DOES NOT carry actual “Work” boots. No Titan, Endurance, Boondocks etc. NO TIMBERLAND PRO
All collection is beauty. So original and special all years. Is my favorite store!
The manager who calls himself Carlos was very rude to me, the attention he gave me was very bad
So I’m really really angry with these guys. A couple months ago I went shopping boots and special snow clothes because I was moving to Chicago. When I finally found the boots I wanted I noticed they were broke on one of their hole laces so I asked the guy to bring me a new pair. We went to the back and took a while and then he appeared with my boots. They seem to be good so I trusted.
I just moved to Chicago, a couple days ago and I have used my boots twice. Today I found out he gave me the same exact pair of broken boots! I’m guessing he went to the back and tried to fix them himself and I thought they were a new pair. Now I’m thousand of miles away with a pair of broken boots not good for the snow!
Really bad costumer service, employees won’t even say hi, there’s a Latina young girl that I’ve seen a few times, always in the same spot, against the wall crossed arms and not willing to help the costumers.
Excellent store, more variety to choice than ebay and Amazon, it is a bless to have this store close to home.
