Tioga Dental at Celebration Pointe, Gainesville FL

Absolutely amazing experience every time I go! Always going above and beyond to make sure that it’s a comfortable and easy process with my anxiety. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff, but especially Nicole and Dr. Patel who were very compassionate and accommodating.

The Staff.wow! I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but the comfort and smiles this team brings to the table.wipes out all my fears.
I had an appointment for a teeth cleaning (thank you Tina) While there, I wanted to schedule an appointment to have a veneer fixed. I assumed because of the holidays, no appointments (anytime soon). To my surprise.they opened up space and fit me in without "ever" leaving the parking lot. Talk about WOW! I highly recommend! I was in and out of there so quick, I was able to save some "PTO" aka vacation time. YAY!

Highly disappointed in this office. Specifically with the office staff “Ashley” at the front desk. Today my daughter had an appt she has been waiting 1 month for. Her appt was cancelled with no notice. They reached out asking for insurance info which at the time the new card had not arrived. And then on a Wednesday before the Holiday I guess they canceled the appt but failed to notify us, so my daughter showed up to her appt which she also got a text yesterday to confirm her appt for today and was told we filled your spot. They were not willing to work with us or fit us in today and argued with us. Even after explaining how far the drive out of town was for us. We will not go back.

Office staff at Celebration Pointe is very professional and the environment clean and modern. Whether I receive teeth cleaning or tooth repair, the quality of service is excellent. Parking is plentiful.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Patel and dental hygienist Tina for a general cleaning and overall check-up. The entire experience from start to end was amazing! I usually dislike going to see the dentist, but I would look forward to coming to this place again.

The receptionists at the front desk were nice and welcomed everyone as they came in. The wait time was not long. Tina had greeted me and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout x-rays and cleaning. Both her and Dr. Patel informed me on steps I could take to better care for my teeth. The entire appointment had to be less than an hour, which I have never seen an office do before.

I would recommend everyone to come to Tioga Dental in Gainesville!

I recently received a Comprehensive Exam, Full -XRays and Deep Cleaning with the Tioga Dental at Celebration Pointe team. To say I was nervous would be an understatement, as I had not received professional dental care since college (yikes!). Not only was the office extremely inviting, cozy, and beyond clean, every single team member I encountered was welcoming, kind, caring, and made it their top priority to put me at ease. The time was taken to explain the findings of my x-rays and exam, the next steps for the treatment plan, and my portion versus insurance for payment. And then they went to work right away to get my teeth and gums back in good shape! Tina- my hygienist- made it her priority to not only explain every step to me, but to make sure I was comfortable the entire time, and was simply a delight to visit with. She took extra time and care to be sure everything was completed perfectly, and instead of feeling embarrassed for how long it had been since I had dental care, she was actually complementary! Honestly, I didn't feel like I was at a dental office at all, and completely trusted Tina and the entire team to do whatever it was they needed, as they are all true experts in their field. I have no doubt Dr. Patel will take just as good of care with my appointment next month, which the team also made sure I could get in quickly and when it was convenient for me. I cannot recommend this office and their team enough to anyone needing dental care- you will not be disappointed and will leave feeling relieved you paid them a visit! If I could give more stars, I would! Thank you CP Team- you're amazing!

Update: Changing this given dramatic drop in service quality this year. They messed up our appointment twice. Very disappointed given how this place used to be.

Five-star fantastic experience! As a brand new patient, I called on Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment Monday afternoon. The entire team is kind and friendly, and the office has a very calm, clean, and pretty atmosphere. After my exam, I was able to get fillings same day, and I was able to book a cleaning for next week. Tina, Nicole, and Dr. Patel were incredible! As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a long time, I was a little anxious. They all made me feel very comfortable and kindly answered all of my questions. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Charles and Nate were fantastic! They both listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Charles worked diligently on my issue to ensure that I left happy and comfortable! This was only my first visit but I will surely be returning for any and all of my future dental needs. Everyone at the office was very polite, kind and well mannered!

Amazing experience. The front desk staff is very friendly and scheduled my appointment with ease. All the staff were prompt and knowledgeable. There weren't any sales pitches that I've experienced at most other dentists (for products like Invisalign, Burst, etc.).

The most incredible part was afterwards when I received a bill in the mail that I had not expected. I called the desk and informed them that I had thought my insurance would cover all of the procedures. They looked at my account, saw that they noted the issue beforehand and took full accountability for the charge that I wasn't informed of. They forwarded the issue to their manager and resolved the issue.

Overall, I highly recommend this location!

I had 4 contact cavities filled by Nicole and Dr. Patel, genuinely one of the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had. They were patient and attentive with my concerns, and efficient with the actual work. The entire office has a friendly atmosphere, and the front desk works with you to break down the insurance expectations. Definitely recommend

Not a huge fan of but going to the dentist for the most part BUT Tina made it SOOO Comfortable and a wonderful experience overall! I can honestly say, I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Rina and the Tioga Dental at Celebration Point team.

I had my first appointment here recently and everyone here is wonderful! Dr. Patel was very kind and competent, and the hygienist I saw (I believe her name was Tina) was lovely as well! She even managed to squeeze me in for a cleaning SAME DAY when we were unable to find another suitable appointment, where I would have had to wait six months. Highly recommend!
