Great Service and Great People. Friendly, clean, and good people. I was in immediately and it was done in what seemed minutes. I had stopped by a Valvoline Drive Thru the other day and after waiting almost an hour in line with one car being pulled through and then late for my second job, I knew I had a problem finding a way to get my oil changed while being super busy running from one job to another. Thankfully, this Tire Choice was conveniently found over by the Pet Hospital on Pine Ridge where unfortunately I had to visit for a pet emergency. I will absolutely be going to this Tire Choice for now on.

Wow this has to be the best tire choice location or auto shop location period that I’ve worked with! Justin, who I believe is the manager, worked with me to get the best possible price and service for my car. He also helped fix my key phob. Mind you I took my key phob to Naples Nissan to get it fixed. They informed me that it was “damaged” and I needed to pay $300 dollars for a new one. Justin literally took my phob for less then 15 minutes and repaired it free of charge. He said the only issue was one of the metal parts needed to be pushed up a little. CRAZY! Thank you again Justin for your help and truly caring for what the customer needs!

I would recommend this place for tire needs. We are traveling out of state. Our tire had gotten a screw in it and was slowly losing air. While they offered full maintenance, they did not pressure me once I told them we just had our vehicle checked & have a trusted mechanic at home. Tony & Justin were great to work with and got my tire fixed promptly at a fair price. Very clean, friendly business.

Excellent! Very helpful and they weren't trying to sell me the store. I will definitely go back to this establishment for any tire problems.

My rear tire basically exploded while driving south
on I75. After not having the best experience with AAA, Neile at Tire Choice gave me the number for Tow Safe. He also made sure he had my tire in stock. He could not have been more helpful along with Daniel and the other staff at Tow Safe. Real Customer Service is hard to find these days and both businesses helped me out of a very hazardous situation. I am so grateful!

Bought new tires along with road hazard for $1000 about 10 months back.
Came in for flat repair and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours.
Came back in 3 hours later car was still not in and was told it would be another hour.
The way you guys need to respond to this, if you do, is to admit you were wrong. There was not a four hour wait when I arrived and you guys put other people in front of my 30 minute tire repair because they were generating revenue and I wasn't.
I've spent 30 years in the automotive industry and your store sucks at customer service. Easy to make the sale but would rather not deal with anything after.
Hope to not ever deal with these guys again

Had an emergency and needed a tire to get on the road from Naples to Miami. Their quotes here were the cheapest by far. Justin the manager and the rest of the staff were great. They got me into the garage, and back on the road quicker than I expected. I highly recommend this place!

In this time of Covid, where I am paying more attention to the purchase of tires than jewelry (a white gold pendant with my initial on it.that I wanted it so much buuaaaah.) - Tire Choice Auto Services is my "Tiffany's for tires. With the twist that, I know nothing about tires and instead I can say one thing or two about the other one.
The manager was very agreeable and kind enough to let me know that I need to do a rotation of the tires every 5,000 miles. I told him that at the dealer they told me it is not necessary; to what he answered that it depends on what type of BMW since the fastests ones have different tires in the front than in the back. But mine is an SUV. The guy knows. I changed my tires and loooove how they look. They feel great and with so much traffic starting to show for the season I feel very comfortable with my brakes. The place is pristine so you can wait there comfortable and safe since everyone uses a mask. Recommend 100%

They do have very good service and good prices, I took my truck for an oil change and tire alignment, I have to come back because they didn't do well the alignment at the first time, in the second time they fixed but as we can see, they didn't give a **** about clean up or wear gloves which is sad because we still under covid 19 pandemic risk and they leave greasy prints everywhere, on my experience I'll never come back to that specific place ever again.

Pulled in on “ spur of the moment” to get tires rotated. Justin was great.got me into the garage, done and back on the road quicker than I expected. Made some great suggestions for tires and maintenance for my other vehicle too. Great location right off interstate.

As previously posted. Not for women or teenagers to go to the seriously try and sell you everything under the sun. Just listen to what your customer wants. The guy at the front is an obnoxious creep. Do not go here. Save yourself $100+ by going somewhere else.

Went in for tire repair. Spoke with Justin who was very courteous and professional. He had the tire fixed and had me on my way in no time at all. I highly recommend this store and plan on using them in the future for my tire needs.

They will scam you if you are a woman or teenager. I made an oil change appt for my teenager and I specifically told them the year and brand of car and that I wanted regular oil. Well, when my teenager got there, the told him that the car can "only" take full synthetic oil.a $35 dollar difference. Then I stopped by and the young "sales" clerk told me that their "system" only calls for full synthetic. The car owner's manual call for regular oil. Plus, I have been changing the oil on car for over 8 yrs. The "sales" clerk instead of apologizing and offering any compromise, instead was arguing. BIG SCAM!

Paul at the front was SO helpful and friendly! I've been going to this location for years and the fast and FRIENDLY service keeps me coming back! They never offer me anything I don't need and as a single, younger girl I don't feel taken advantage of or ripped off. I know I am getting great service at a great price!

Amazing Customer Service! Justin was great. He was extremely helpful, professional and courteous! Came in to replace my tires for my personal vehicle but after coming here, decided to open an account and have our fleet serviced at this location. Thank you again! Highly recommend them!

I had my first visit to Tire Choice today. I could not have been more pleased. Justin, the store manager, is customer-service driven. Moreover, I could not asked for speedier service. I had to have a rear tire replaced. I was in and out of there in 17 minutes.

Take your car/truck somewhere else. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I took my vehicle in for preventative maintenance. I asked for a complete tune up on the vehicle. Spark plugs, belts, filters, fluids, ETC. $1100 and it was in worse shape coming out of the shop. I had to take it back three times after that. Then they had to change my starter. In order to get to it, they had to take some things off. After installing the new starter, I made it a mile out of the parking lot before I noticed anti freeze burning on my motor and a loud squeaking coming out of the motor. After further inspection, I realized they super glued a makeshift piece to try and hide the fact that they snapped my radiator attachment off of the radiator. Stay AWAY from this shop. You will save yourself in the long run by finding someone else to do the work properly.
