If I could leave zero stars, I would the customer service omg The quality of care provided for my vehicle was unheard of the attitude from every individual worker the available spacing for parking. How can you operate a business if you do not have an assigned parking lot for your customers which is distasteful if you are packed and someone needs to have the actual communication with other workers to say that they will not be servicing any other vehicles. I waited over three hours for someone just to tell me we won’t be taken care of your vehicle today.

Went in for an oil change. Got home and noticed my Mercedes tire emblems missing. Went back to hear them say they didn’t have but have “many from other vehicles. ” These guys are thieves.

Desiree and ivan and all are wonderful and you feel good trusting them. They are amazing. Most of all they get the job done and do it well. I like this business a lot. I will always and continue to take my car there.

Mitch is always personable and helpful. The team is good. It’s nice to have a local professional place for our cars, that we can trust.

This place is a rip off; I went with a nail in my tire which was fully inflated. They “repaired” but after next day air was down! I back there spoke with the lady in the front desk, she was rude and told me is not their fault is it what it is!

I had an appointment at 9am, I left the car, they told me car will be ready at 10am, I back at 10: 17am and they even didn’t start doing my car! Is crazy!

It's funny how these last reviews prior to mine were posted minutes apart. I was there gettin my car serviced and this lady in front thinks she's entitled to go in front of everyone to get a tire mounted/fixed and then while the young lady is being as respectful as possible to explain the situation. Explaining to her it will take some time theres cars in front of her. Then she has friends write a review as well to make her and the shop look bad. Wow is all I can say. I've never had any service issues here at this location. Bring all my cars here. The staff here is by far the best hands down. Especially the young lady in the front.

After 2 hours of waiting (I had an appointment to change my tire), they back my car. They are unprofessional! Back my car with too high air in the tires! Please see the photos (what should be what it is) :

The inventory online does not match what they say they have over the phone. I called to confirm an appointment make sure they have the tire I made the appointment for. I called and they said they didn’t. Instead they offered me the most expensive tire they had. The price to change 1 tire, you ask? $530. Yeah right. I’ve had my tire changed here before. It was more than $300. Which at the time I thought was ridiculous. But over $500 for 1 tire for a Hyundai? That’s a joke.

Constantly lie about when your car will be ready and took over 3 hours to replace one flat tire (had appointment).

Defensive and rude staff (specifically lady in the front desk) and just an overall terrible experience. Do not ever go here.

This is my local mechanic shop and I'm grateful for that. They are always honest, they give me a clear explanation of the issue, and their prices are fair. They do good work and are good people.

I was there for a flat tire. Both people at the Front desk were great! The staff at garage were very helpful, there was no place to park and they tried to accommodate. The garage was super busy with work backed up from the storm but they tried and did their best! Thank you!

My battery died while my car was parked nearby and a mechanic walked with me to jump my car! So appreciated! Great service! They really care about their clients…

I take my car here everytime it needs service. They are always fair on price, and get the job done fast, usually faster than they tell me up front.

I especially appreciate the service I get from the desk people. They do a great job of explaining everything and offer multiple options. Always friendly and helpful.

I shopped around a lot and compared prices and different places.for Miami Beach it's probably your best bet out there. I could have saved a couple of dollars and got it in Miami -extra 20 minute drive.overall they were very reasonable.and they worked with me to make sure the price and service was to my liking and they gave me an estimate and they kept to it. I walked out with two new tires on the back: ironman gr906s purchased from them and and two new tires on the front pre purchased on eBay from a top-rated tire dealer: Hankook Kunergy PT.my experience was five stars but then again I came in and I got lucky on Sunday afternoon at 1: 00 p.m. Was sort of nobody in the shop so they were able to treat me fairly. I can't say that if the shop is full.who knows?
