Tire Choice has been my go to tire establishment for a couple of years now. I feel this place is honest and consumer friendly. The service reps work hard at treating you right and get the job done!

Put some money into this property. It’s busy and people like it because of the team. The waiting room, bathroom and parking areas are in immediate need of maintenance. Let me be clear……. People love this team, location and product. The building amenities do not scream the company appreciates our business. Fix it.

They use to be great. I made an appointment for my car and after calling 6 hours later was told they were just now looking at it. We called the next day and was told it had never been looked at and wouldn’t be until the following day, 48 hours after our appointment. We told them we were doing on a trip soon and needed this done. We picked up our car without it ever being looked at and now are scrambling to find someone to fix it.

Please DON'T make the wrong mistake I did, I do read reviews before and I know there are few bad reviews for this shop but I decided to give them the benefits of the doubt and boy I was wrong about them. The receptionist (Alvin) is a pathological lier, the first day I drop off my car he told me my car will seen that very day, that didn't happened next day around 9pm I called he said oh the technician is almost here and my car will be first in line, waited for another 5yrs before he finally called me, this was only supposed to be a diagnosis (transmission issue). Now for the kicker, the estimate was over price, the even charge ne $250 for battery replacement the didn't even asked me before including that into my estimate, mainwhile my battery was 6 months old still under warranty then they over charged me for the parts, I did a quick googling the part was $600 less from an infinite dealership so I ask if I can buy the part and the do the installation, he said no they have to buy the part themselves, some fishy wait hold your breath. I asked how much was the diagnosing the said $99 so I was expecting tax wasn't included, when I looked my receipt they have charged me another $9.99 for miscellaneous so I ask what the he'll is the miscellaneous when you've charged me $100 for diagnosing, he pointed to flyer on the world and said it's the cooperate office that fit the charges. Please read other reviews on them before waiting time and money like I did. They are very unprofessional and care less of customers relationship, the good thing is therr are lot of other shops like good year tire and service, very professional and honest repair shop they will even diagnose your car issue for free. These guys are rip off shop

I needed my spare tire swapped out for a new tire I purchased and couldn't get installed until 2 days later. The gentleman Alvin and David got me in and out.

Horrible experience went to this location to get tires put on my vehicle decided to get an oil change next day passing the tire shop my car started to over heat. Once I got to the shop opened up my hood my reservoir cap was not put back on correctly after they checked my fluids to make a long story short nothing was wrong with my car any signs of over heating now I have a bad water pump need new radiator hose on top of that would not admit to the wrong doing by the mechanic and want to change me 1300.00 to repair my car. This has been the worst experience ever three different reason for why my car over heated from the tire shop down to the insurance company but everyone still just over looking that my car over heated do to poor work and the crazy thing the tire shop manger argued with me that his mechanic leaving my reservoir cap open could not cause damage to my water pump and the insurance company ruled it that my engine over heated causing the issue that what cause the multiple problems that now they want me to pay for. Never again please stay far away from this place this is not a shop for the community take you car here can be a nightmare that will only cost you cause they not honorable. So one mad simple mistake and now it cost the customer

After just discovering I was loosing air fast in my rear passenger tire. I started the strenuous task of trying to find a tire repair shop near my home in Riverview. I’m no stranger to flat tires since this was the 3rd tire damage in 3 months from all the road construction and home building in the Tampa area on the vehicle I normally drive to work. I called first and then stopped by 3 tire shops within a 2 mile radius of my location on Big bend and Hwy 301. From the 3 tire shops I was told either I needed a new tire and it was unrepairable or they couldn’t get to me that day and I would need to come back the following day. Maybe I’m lazy and didn’t want to put the spare donut on or spend the next 24hrs putting air in a leaky tire so I decided I was going to just plug the tire myself as I have done before in the past. Autozone was just around the corner. As I pulled into Autozone I noticed Tire Choice Auto Service Center just across the street. I thought I would give it one more try before going inside Autozone for the tire plug kit. I called them and a professional voice answered the phone and I explained my situation. He kindly said bring it on over and he would be glad to look at it. I was in shock after being treated like an idiot at the other 3 tire shops. When I arrived I could tell they were very busy. I went inside and the very nice gentleman named Elvin gladly walked outside with me to look at my tire. After inspecting my tire he said it was no problem and they would be glad to repair the tire and within the hour I was out the door with a tire repaired properly without having to purchase a new tire like the other shops wanted. I knew the tire could be repaired due to the location of the puncture. I just want to thank all the associates that helped me in my situation and for saving me the time and money that could have been a two day ordeal. Great customer service and a repair I can trust. The one thing that stayed with me was in the end I thanked Elvin for working me in to get the repair done that day and his comment was “I couldn’t let you leave with a tire that was going to go flat somewhere down the road and cause you more problems”. Now that is what good customer service is about. Goodyear, Firestone and Tuffy need to take customer service lessons from Elvin because I will be purchasing new tires and having my vehicles serviced with Tire Choice. I almost forgot to mention how reasonable the cost was for the repair. Let’s just say it was a lot cheaper than the other competitors. Thank you Elvin!

Recommend this place if you need auto service or repair.folks up front really customer oriented. I appreciated their patience and listening to my explanation of auto issues. Only downside to this location is the lack of parking.and it is kinda crazy negotiating traffic, but there is a Starbucks next door

Took my truck here for an oil change, went home, and my car was leaking oil in my driveway. I took it back the next day, and they still couldn't fix it. They cost me $1300 to fix my vehicle. Horrible! Don't take your car here EVER!

They have redefined slow and unresponsive in terms of tire service. For something that should take fifteen minutes to complete hours at this place. There are other tire centers nearby that do a better job

1st visit. Absolutely great top notch professional service. Friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me with an issue with my car that needed immediate attention.

Walked in the door and a customer service rep was friendly and listened to what I had to say went to go check the car told me I'll be ready within a couple hours that was true The other customer reps I saw they were friendly also and so I would come back

The Riverview Location was extremely helpful and professional. They made sure my car was fixed, safe, and did everything possible to keep it in my budget to where I could get my car back on road ASAP. They helped every step of the way. I will definitely use them in the future. Best experience I've ever had as a single woman and an auto shop. Thank you I appreciate everything you all did to help me in an emergency situation.
