Hands down the best tire shop in Lee County… and trust me I went to so many horribly run stores, I was almost in tears by the time I opened their doors. They were friendly and doing their best to give their most efficient solution to my situation … my only regret in going there is that I hadn’t picked them first! I will never go anywhere else from here on out. Thank you for helping me when no one else would.

I just had the pleasure of doing business here. As I was parking, Joel came out to greet me and made me feel welcome. Big difference from my previous tire place! The place was clean. The staff was professional and friendly. My car was serviced in a timely manner as promised. I will come back and refer others to your business. On a side note. Joel is some kind of tire guru. His knowledge was over the top impressive!

I have gone to this location for the past 3 years even my kids but after this experience I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND this location again. Don't know if there has been an employee turnover. Things have gone missing from my vehicle. Removed with out my knowledge. When asked about this there response was "You do not need that". My answer Whomever constructed the vehicle put it therefor a reason, why would you who did construct it remove it? It's there for a reason PUT IT BACK. Not your decision but the owners.

STAY AWAY! Came in for a simple tire swap. Bought brand new tires brought them in for them to put on. Everything was fine for about a month until on an unrelated note my abs system went down and I needed to remove my tires to fix it. Upon trying to remove to tires I realized that they cross threaded my bolt on to my strut. Which caused the bolt to fuse to the strut. So when I tired to take off the tire this caused the strut to beak and completely break my wheel hub. I now have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the damage they caused. When I tired to explain this to them. They accused me of lying and said it wasn’t possible! And hung up on me when I asked for the managers number! Stay away if you value your car.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I went in yesterday to have my vehicle inspected, and had the pleasure of dealing with Joel. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He was very considerate of everything I said, and took me seriously without being the least bit condescending. He had an irate customer call in, which he handled with poise, and kindness, even offering to give her the number to corporate several times, if she was dissatisfied with him. She wouldn't stop yelling, so he kindly said that he had other customers that needed his attention, and if she didn't want the number to corporate, and wasn't going to stop yelling, he would have to hang up. She did not stop, and he politely said that he had done all he could, and to have a nice day before hanging up. She later came in (she was about mid 20's) still irate, and made quite a scene. She demanded the number to corporate stating that Joel had been unprofessional, accusing him of not knowing what he was talking about, saying she knew more than he did because she was going to school for it, and just being nasty. There was a room full of us that had been there for the phone call, and we all agreed that Joel had done the right thing throughout the entire ordeal. Joel never lost his friendliness even when she was screaming at him in person. We need more people like Joel in this world. Keep him Tire Choice. I will definitely be going back.

I have been doing maintenance with those guys for a year. They are very efficient, honest and fast even on busy days. Couple times I had a flat tire and showed up without an appointment, they fixed it fast. They don’t try to sell unnecessary parts, service, etc. Always honest. Much better experience than with a big brand service that I was using before for my car.

Been coming here for years, I usually work with Ken. This place does a very thorough and reliable job. I am often impressed with their timing and quality of service. I would recommend this tire choice to anyone!

My hubby and I were in Fort Myers to purchase a used, high end vehicle. The tires needed to be replaced and we spent an entire, Friday afternoon trying to find very unique tires. We literally contacted at least 10 options. Walked into Tire Choice on Gladiolus after receiving a suggestion to try them. Joel has a can do, relentless attitude. He too had a hard time locating the tires over a weekend but he didn’t give up. He promised that the tires would be there on Saturday morning and that he’d have us on the road back to NOLA by lunch time and he delivered. Beyond grateful for his persistence and highly recommended this establishment when in need. Ask for Joel!

Joel and Chris were awesome. Customer service was great and they were fast. I would definitely recommend anyone come here and get your car fix.

I made an appointment online where I bought my tires. Had a screw in my back tire from working on Fort Myers Beach FL after the hurricane. I got there 30 minutes early. The manager said he could not honor my online reservation. Then he says it will be 2 hours. I went outside to call my daughter at the hospital to tell her I would be late. I went back inside and he said nope we can't help you.

Joel and ken are great guys who know what they are talking about. The entire shop is very knowledgeable and have great turn around times. Honest guys who do great work!

Took me in right away. They did an amazing job. Told me what needled to be fixed and it was my choice to do what they recommended or do what I could afford. Never felt I was getting ripped off. They broke everything down to me so I could understand. I am differently coming back here.

Do not waste your time or money here. I was given a price of $119 to install new two new tires which included a balance and warranty. He didn't tell me it was 119 per tire and the on top the warranty was separate. I paid $260 just to have two tires, that I bought, installed and balanced. They're not upfront and he didn't even go over the invoice before I checked out. I also had to call to see if my car was ready since it had already been over two hours and he told me he would call when my car was ready to be picked up. Cost my extra to know not to come here. Hope you learn from my loss.
