I was able to get a quick same day appointment for a flat fix. Quick 20 minute wait time. Price was very reasonable. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

The workshop's expert was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem just by test driving my vehicle. I trusted this place for years, yet recently have become very disappointed after paying $300 for a a "fix" that wasn't even the problem. I have an oil leak in my engine compartment and they replaced the piece where the oil is poured into claiming that was the source, and. I trusted their claim. The next day when I picked up my car it was still doing the same thing and it's very obvious the oil is coming from the gasket cover and burns on top of the hot engine every time I drive more than 10 minutes. Now I'm $300 less and still have the same problem and at risk of the spark plugs being doused and starting fire until I can visit a dealer one month from now to actually fix the problem.

Worst place to fix ur car. Those guys are greedy, and they will add 40% on top of how much it usually cost for a fix. Do your self a favor and take ur car somewhere else.

I would probably just uber next time since I was there for almost 2.5 hours for two tire changes. John the manager has always been friendly and explains the reason behind any recommendations. He also provides his expert opinion on what he has seen to be beneficial for vehicles so that any decisions I make are to my benefit not their sales.
The crew is professional and also makes the place very welcoming. The only recommendation I have, is a snack machine:) Thank you gentlemen for your hardwork

Worst experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop. Should have known with it being a franchise but wanted to support a nearby place by stopping in for an oil change, left with a $800+ tab after being told my brakes had zero left and would not be safe to drive. Next day my A/C no longer works, my tire starts deflating. Ask them to check it out & patch it, tells me they can't patch it I need to replace it & another that's low tread. No money for both I need the flat fixed, I pay for a brand new tire. They go ahead and swap the low tread against my wishes & I wake up to a completely flat tire. Long story short this is one of those places that will return your car more broken than you sent it in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Be cautious of this place. If they find something more wrong with your vehicle, have another shop check it out. I stopped by to have 2 holes patched and tire rotated because my normal mech was already closed. They did the work and when I left my truck was making a loud clunking noise when I went over certain bumps. I did some troubleshooting and couldn't figure out what the noise was. I brought it back and they were super defensive. I was a mech, I tried to ease their minds, "things happen, I am just telling you what I did to help you figure it out, I am not accusing". The guy comes back and said my shock is bad. These are a year old Fox offroad shocks, they shouldn't be bad and would have been bad before I showed up. I drive it home to decide what I want to do. I get under there and the shock is tight, not bad. I look up and notice that the top bolt is out. I showed back up excited that it was an easy fix. I figured the bolt must have come loose and out while on the lift. Immediately the excuses to why he thought the shock was bad came out. Odd, but I was just happy. They didn't have the bolt so I went and bought one. I show back up and I was told that it didn't fit. Well now it's too late to try again. I get home and just out of frustration try the bolt.it fit. The next day was Monday so my preferred shop is open. My mech points out that with the tension that would have been on there, there is no way that bolt came out of there on it's own without doing damage. Once he takes a look he will order the bolt from Chevy to not mess with insurance or anything. I expect the worse. I am sure you can guess, no damage, no thread damage, warn spots, nothing. That bolt had been removed, it did not fail.

Great service, they didn’t have my tire at their location and drove to another branch to collect and fit. Very impressed

Great service, excellent staff! Replaced a bent rim and aligned vehicle - got it back early! I definitely will use again - hopefully not for a while, but still. You can depend on these guys!

Great customer service. Called the Clearwater location and they didn't have the tire size I needed so they called St. Pete location. We went to a dealership that was charging us $380 but here they had other affordable options. Service took 1 hr.

For a very busy place I was able to get my tire fixed in a reasonable amount of time and price.

Went for a oil change. Mechanic toke all my tires off instead of just doing oil change.wasted my time.

Don’t waist your time! They will NOT work with the customer and if your going through a 3rd party worst, horrible experience literally a waist of time.

I've been going here for years but just recently in the last few times has gone down hill extremely. They always have my truck in for over 2 hours for an oil change. This time it's been over 2.5 hours and I walked over there and ask them what is the status of my vehicle and they said that they had to order the oil for my truck because it takes a special type. They told me that the oil is on the way and yet my truck is on the lift with oil drained so I cannot take it. I asked them "if this is an oil change place, wouldn't you have oil? "
They told me that my truck takes a special type of oil.
I drive a Ram pickup truck gas powered.

They told me that it's gonna be another 20 min. But after about 5 minutes it was suddenly ready as if they possibly threw in whatever oil that they had in the back to get me out of there.
My entire waiting time was spent in the restaurant next door.
When I cashed out I took a picture of the "special oil". It was mobile 1.
As I got halfway home I saw that they never reset my oil timing notifier on my dash. What else did they not do, the entire oil change?
I wish I could give 0 stars.
I'll NEVER go back to this place, and EVERYONE I know will hear about my experience at this place.
