Tony the manager here is very rude. We showed up with a flat tire and he refused to serve us. Company policy is that you pull up to the bays as we did and the employees add air if we need it. We needed a tire repaired. His assistant Dawn is equally useless. Skip this location and go to the one on at 20331 Grande Oak Shoppes Blvd go see Gabe for excellent customer service

Tony and his team were able to correct a tire alignment and balancing issue we have had on our vehicle since we purchased it almost 2 years ago. It has been frustrating taking it from place to place. Thank you, Tony, and your great team. We are very happy to FINALLY have a smooth running vehicle!

Superb service, Tony and his crew took care of me, had me in and out in less than an hour and half with 4 new tires. Great customer service! Tony at Tire Choice was amazing. I came in with a flat tire today and he took excellent care of me. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable; gave me options and I felt very comfortable. Tony was a life saver and I will always recommend him and Tire Choice.

I had a great experience! I got a flat tire and needed all new tires anyways so I called a few places but, Tony got me in the same day. Great price, great customer service, and they were done within 2 hours.

Best experience with tires, motor mounts, and more! Tony is exceptional, even checking my tires when I unexpectedly had to go out of town with my hubs, lil kids, and dogs. Steve is awesome too

Before I give my opinion, let me tell you I have spent $$$$ at this location.
Just stopped by an hour ago to get air in a tire. There were cones in the driveway but drove in with the car in front of me. The young man putting air in the tires sez to me pull over to the side till he help the car in front of you/
No problem, did as instructed.
Then TONY comes out, the manager!
Flexes his muscles with all his Tattoos and starts screaming, not once but3 times whyru parked here? Told him that’s where I was instructed to park.
Wife was scared andadjedme to leave. Never will return, and you people should get rid of him ASAP! ’

My car was vibrating and had no idea what to do. I called and the manager Tony got me in right away! I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Tony and his staff! They are very special!

Today I asked if someone could look at my car to see if they had a tire, and the manager said no. I had to make an appointment for that.very bad service from her. I will never return.

Called on a Thursday afternoon because I suspected a slow leak in one of my tires, and asked if I could stop by on Saturday. Tony, the manager, answered and said that although he was booked solid until Monday, I could come in and they could at least take a look. Showed up on Saturday and while I did not have a slow leak that needed patching, I did have a screw in my sidewall and required a new tire. The guys got me in and out in under a half hour, and most of my waiting time was spent laughing and joking with Tony and his crew. Moving forward this will be my default place to go, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Very fast and professional service. The staff were all extremely friendly and got my vehicle fixed and running in under a half an hour.

Told the mechanic about my brake issues and he said I needed two new calipers. Paid 750$ just for them to instal a faulty caliper. They said they would have to charge labor to fix it, which was 180$. I took the vehicle to tuffy tire auto repair and they found a list of things wrong with the brakes and charged way less than tire choice. Do not go here. Go to tuffy tire on 41 just south of alico. Also, tuffy said they fix all kinda of issues that tire choice causes and I dont doubt it.

I've used this location a few times now and I've been happy with the customer service from Tony and the Technicians. Tony took the time to educate me about my brakes, brake pads, etc. I really appreciated it. I would recommend this location.

Tony got us in early to change out our tires. He was friendly accommodating and made the visit enjoyable. Thanks to Tony and team for getting us up and running.

Terrible Service. Went there at 0830 this am because I had 2 nails in tire. As I was getting out of my car an employee barked at me and asked, “Do you have an apt? ” I told him no but had 2 nails in one tire and I used them before. Again, he barked, “ We are completely full today and tomorrow, so make an apt. ” I understand they didn’t have an appointment but there is a way to talk to people. I politely left and went to Tire Plus who was also busy. Treated respectfully and had my tire replaced and oil change since I was there.

Best tire place in Estero! As a college student, they make my life so much easier when inevitable car problems strike. I’ve had a few tire repairs here. They are quick, affordable, and reliable. They never fail to fit you in the schedule to give you the best experience possible. Also Tony is the best Im giving him 6 stars. Thank you guys!
