Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, Cape Coral FL

Just had my oil change and tire rotation performed. Replaced the battery, 2 other shops recommended it as well, and had a rotor resurfacing brake job on my 2018 Santa Fe. Tire Choice was a wise choice for the work. They saved me money on the brake job and battery vs.their competition and their policy of FREE tire rotations is UNBEATABLE. This will give you the full life of the tires and make certain your alignment is correct, that is death for tire wear if not done. They gave me some suggestions for filter replacements, but didn't brow beat me into purchasing everything NOW! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable but not "pushy" like many of the other shops in town. Tough to beat their free tire rotation policy, and they do it on dual tires as well. Glad I took it here, my peace of mind driving beats a breakdown every time.

Called to get a tire patch, they got me right in. Clean, quick, well priced. Thank you guys!

I do not recommend! Although they were very personable and work was done quickly.after my 83 year old mother spent over 1100.00 on new tires, they said she had to replace her breaks soon and quoted her 1200! Appt made at my mechanics-breaks are still good for quite a while and do not need to be replaced!

Called about a nail in a tire and they said common down. Got there, gave the wasted information and sat for more than 30 min after which time was told, the tire can't be repaired. Immediately I knew they wanted to sell me new tires. (Have a son-in-law who owns an auto store up north and sent him a photo. Repairable!) Drove 1/4 mile to Cape Tire, they put a patch on and was back on the road in 10 min. Repair was $15.cheaper than quoted at Tire Choice.

Do not even think about going to this place, they are thieves, they charged me 40 dollars for a punch in a rubber band, they are scammers, I do not recommend them, not even in the last instance

I have taken my my truck twice to this place, and they fooled me once. Shame on them, I took it again. Well. Shame on me! Lesson learned the hard way! They are pricey, and their work is the worst!

Made an appointment online for an oil change and got confirmation through text. When I arrived on the day and time I had made the appointment there was no one at the counter and we had waited for 10-15 minutes before someone had come from the back to help. Troy (manager) had stated the online booking was not working correctly and he could not honor my appointment but I can leave my car, it just won't be done right away (1.5 hrs). When he gave me the price of the oil change I probably should have left but I figure with the tire rotation it should be comparable to other places. Troy mentioned the tire rotation was "free" with the oil change.
A little later Troy calls and said they can not rotate the tires because the front tires are bad and wearing incorrectly. So we went back to see and Troy showed us why he couldn't do the rotation. We decided not to have any other services done through TireChoice. The pricing is confusing and way too high for a synthetic oil change for an SUV. I had paid less for a synthetic oil change at the dealer and a competitor for the same vehicle. The only reason I had gone to TireChoice was because it was convenient. I have learned my lesson that nothing is for free and just added to the price. I will be going somewhere else for future auto service. I gave TireChoice two stars for a terrible online appointment system and pricing.

I called and talked to a man named SEAN and asked to go to get my tires rotated and HE said it's included with an oil change I said fine. ANOTHER GUY checks out my car and says Hey you need new tires. I said no thank you.the tread is only half way anyways. Gave him the keys and he starts working on the car.he calls me when the car's done and tells me it's a $114.

I check my car to see if my tires were rotated and see that he didnt!

I tell him that he didn't even rotate them.he tells me cant because they're old tires and he won't rotate them if theyre old! The whole reason I went there was a for a freaking tire rotation! He didn't say he WASNT GOING TO NOT ROTATE MY TIRES DUE TO THEM BEING OLD!

I am never going back there again!

Couldn't get in because no one wants to work, nowadays. Since they were short staffed, my tire wasn't fixed.

If I can give this place negative stars I would. This place is HORRIBLE. Awful customer service. No follow through. Don’t waste your time.

Friendly, professional, efficient, and very reasonably-priced service. They fit me in last minute for a tire patch after driving over a nail, and I really appreciated the late accommodation. Even though it was late in the day, they explained everything in detail. Will definitely be back!

Multiple trips for simple alignment and tire install. Over torqued lug nuts…. Not a good experience.

This is my third visit to this tire choice. None have been what I would call a good experience. This particular visit I had an appointment which I didn't even get spoken to until 20 minutes after that time then they finished the repairs of everyone in line in front of me without appointments anyways. The waiting room is sad is not someplace you would want to wait for anything. It's really just 6 chairs, no coffee or TV. Gives me time to do this review while I wait way longer than a single prepaid online tire appointment should have to wait, so I guess that's a plus.

Work is done fairly quickly. You have to have some money though;as I came in for one tire replaced found out all were bad needed an alignment and balancing so 1300 later.

Future customers be aware of shady service trying to get more services out of you. I had dropped off my company truck for a oil change. My company declined the extra services their ''tech'' had recommended from all new pads/rotors, brake flush, new battery, tune up service. The following day, I come to pick it up and my passenger rear tire was completely flat in the parking lot. My tires are hardly 4 months old with about 6k miles on them. I inspected my tire before going in to see why it's flat. I didn't find a nail or any type of puncture initially. So I go in to pay for the oil change service. I ask why my tire was flat. The person at the front desk said he didn't know, and then proceeded to recommend for them to patch the tire (for an extra cost). I asked to pump up my tire so I can see if it actually needs to be patched or If I can just plug the tire myself with the kit I have in my truck. His first initial reaction was that he will need to see if he can ''find'' something to pump up my tire (this is a tire shop.). He said to wait outside and that he would let me know. 5 minutes later, he comes out the side door with their shop hose and I crept my truck to where he was and proceeded to pump up the tire. I heard the air coming from the valve stem core. As soon as I figured what the issue was, I new they most likely intentionally loosened the core stem thinking I wouldn't figure it out. I drove off and picked up a valve stem tool at a local autozone and a quick turn of the tool.the air stopped magically. Avoid this place at all cost.

Do not go to any TIRE CHOICE, seems like they all operate the same, I went to this place because I was having negative experience with another one nearby, went to patch my tire and within five minis the front desk guy comes and tells me that the tire can’t be repaired and that I needed a new tire then he says in fact I needed to replace all tires, no inspection was done on the tire to see if it could get repaired or not they didn’t bother to take out the tire to check, they just eyeballed, I want to mention my tires are still in good condition, I know because I have some experience on that, they just simply threw a bait to see if I would bite and change all tires that didn’t need to be changed, called a friend of mine he suggested a place he knows, I went there and was in and out within 15 mins with my tire repaired and when I mention what had happened at tire choice, they laugh and told me they were trynna cash out with me never doing business there again

Scheduled a appointment with Tire choice to have tires rotated and balanced only to be told they would not do it because my tires with approximately 20.000 miles were dry rotting from the inside out. They never moved the vehicle. Wanted to sell me new tires.

Was quoted $100 to mount two tires that I already own. This is a complete rip off, no one charges this price to mount 2 tires, much less 4 tires. Don’t do business here
