Curtis was an amazing and joyful person to work with. They helped me so much with getting new tires that I had no idea we’re very low on tread. With being in Florida and it raining all the time, I could have easily hydroplaned and thanks to Tire Choice I shouldn’t have to worry about that for awhile! THANK YOU!

Curtis Hodge took great care of me and squeezed me in when he didn't have to do it. Great customer service like it used to be everywhere and is so rare today. Will definitely return.

Claimed that when I swapped out my wheels my truck needed tire pressure sensors. Which they claimed they replaced but none of them were. Will not and cannot do business with people who bold face rip you off. Update, also damaged my wheel. Your work is repulsive and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Pathetic. I'll be glad to let everyone know of your poor work.

I have to move my review since it was still being displayed as 5 stars. I am sitting here waiting to have my car towed from here. Sean and his crew (under new management) would have never let this happen. I requested an alignment and was told I need a $1500 rack n pinion. Cool, in shock, I declined, then was denied the alignment. I'm not that guy. I waited a week for the manager to acquire a tech to do my alignment. Then, he arrives, no alignment? I rebuilt the entire SUSPENSION minus the rack. It has four tires. Align it and take my $159.00! This wasn't even an option? I really just needed the tires to point and tilt in the right direction (in simple terms) due to this being an suv that is used on the property and maybe a 5mile radius. I was hoping that maybe these guys would be close to decent. I am utterly disappointed. I needed 3k worth of tires on another truck and have 8 other vehicles. So I guess I'm looking for another shop. AGAIN.for now, I'm going home, installing a rack and all new bushings for $200.00. I'll have it aligned somewhere else. So, I would have to say, unimpressed, to say the least. The guy talks nice, but typically car guys speak the same language, not the case here. 4 years of dedicated loyalty is gone. Shame.

Just found out I had a nail in my tire at 6pm. They were the only ones open later and got me in right away! Friendly, quick, and efficient customer service!

I have got tires, brakes, oil change, alignment and a battery for my car or my mom's. They have done great work every time.

I stopped in for a much needed oil change today on my way to work. Curtis was incredibly nice and helpful. My filter was out of stock and needed to be ordered, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Even with waiting for the filter, I was only 5 minutes late for work.
This location also had the nicest/cleanest waiting area I have ever seen at a mechanic's before.
Customer service is really a 10, but that is not an option here.

Have been there 4 times and nobody knows how to work with caradvise or do a fleet account. Terrible service

New manager Curtis is wonderful. Top tier customer service, efficient and honest about the process and what you’re buying. Quick service. Been coming here for awhile but under new management it has become even better. Thank you all for everything!

I got a nail in my tire and called to get a quote towards the end of the day. Despite it being close to closing, I spoke with George and he was very friendly and informative of their services and pricing. The next day I walked in and spoke with Phoenix about scheduling an appointment. I later needed to reschedule but Phoenix was very polite and helpful in rearranging a new time for me. The next day, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. It’s hard to find a good auto body shop you can trust, but this location won me over. Very happy with the customer service!

Bought 4 new tires for my wife’s car. My old tires were going bad and I had a valve stem that was leaking, so I figured it was time.

Quote on their website showed ~$650 for new tires, I ended up paying $1,100. When I asked the difference, they said installation and so forth. Normally I would go elsewhere, but I didn’t have time to shop around so I hit the bullet. Figured if they are charging that much for service, it’s probably because they’re pretty darn good.

After it was complete, I realized that they re-used my old valve stems instead of actually replacing them. My bill showed that I paid for new ones.

I went back and told them I had a leaking valve stem in hopes they would realize the mistake they made and they didn’t. They just replaced the one.

If they did it to me, who knows who else they did it to. Something small, but when I pay for something, I expect it to be done. I will never go here again.

Unfortunately we will never go back there. The great staff who worked there all quit. They were left with Phoenix as an interim manger- who is a childish. When asked him who his boss was he hung up with me and then refused to answer the phone and would pick up and hang up each time I called back. Our car had a working driver door when we dropped it off for an oil change. When we picked it up the door was broken. Staff never told me. When I asked what happened to the door, they accused me of having it broken before I brought it in.
Manager Phoenix argued with in the store and on the phone. They will lose two car’s maintenance. Don’t go here

After 3 years of taking my vehicle here for oil changes and tire replacement, etc, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, the customer service I received during this last visit was very poor. They actually handed me a part to put back on my car. I am leaving a 3 star review because of past good experiences. I let the employee managing the counter know why I would not be returning. I attempted to contact customer service but found this to be a difficult process.

Took my brakes to get checked here and these morons said they were fine at 69k miles. One week later my calipers seize and I needed to replace my entire front brake system. Don't go to these retards.

I would highly recommend this tire choice, auto service center. I’ve been here twice and both times they’ve treated me excellent and quick.

I called this place at 12 pm and was told no, I didn't need an appointment and to just bring it in later. I got here after work only to be told that they can schedule me an appointment for another time but they can't do it tonight. Now I get to drive around with a nail in my tire. Thanks a ton.

Chad and his team got my vehicle fixed and back on the road fast and affordable thanks guys
