Waited after making an appointment to get my oil changed. I had to complain that my car was still sitting in the parking lot and then they took it into a stall, They never rotated my tires or balance them or checked my fluids. This is all part of getting a oil change.

Oil change was $40 more than dealership oil put in was not what the fill cap called for nor what i normally use

I've sent multiple people here over the years and never had a problem myself. I've had four engines changed there before. No problem. People always talked trash about them and I always disagree until now. Believe me, I know a LOT of people in The Villages. My husband's last oil change there took 3 hours. The day before yesterday it took 4.5 hours for them to change oil in one car. They didn't replace the wipers like I asked. My husband had to go back to get them. They guy who helped in that short instance was nice, though. They didn't touch my other car. They didn't tell me for 4 hours that he had the wrong front tires ordered (our fault). They backed it out with the donut still on the back tire, and at that point I'm about to lose it because I had an appointment to go to for my daughter and wasted the whole day with my kids since they were out of school. I had asked for them to at least put the back tires on so I could get where I needed to be. This was all supposed to take 1.5 hours. Not 4.5.

So I go out to leave and every time I take off, some alert that looks exactly like the sign here goes off. I drove it back to them and the manager drives it. The alarm stops going off and he acts like he has no clue what in the world I could be talking about. So I leave, because at this point I'm so pissed I'm crying. I called actually to apologize for being so upset. The manager starts to lie to me telling me he called me hours beforehand to tell me that the front tires were not the same as the back. Voice-mails.or it didn't happen. There were no calls other than ONE that I answered. There were no voice-mails. I was sitting in the building since the 2 hour mark AT LEAST and the front desk knew it. It's not that I cannot be inconvenienced. I cannot STAND incompetent, inefficient adults who don't take their job seriously and LIE. That has no place in The Villages, working with the elderly. His interactions before yesterday were less than professional anyway, and he gave me a greasy feeling when I met him before.

The manager will schmooze with you if he wants something, but he may as well burn the cards he asked me for a few weeks ago. I usually only go by referrals, and I don't know anyone who would know someone like him. I will not work on him after how condescending he was and after he lied. I'm sure his family is proud. Beware if you go there. After I got the rest of my tires today, I won't go back to that location until he's fired. There are terrible reviews online since he's been there. People talk. Corporate needs to know, and they will. My review has gone from 5 stars (3 years ago and the whole 5 years I've been going there, really) to a zero. What happened to the previous group of guys? Robert used to be a great help, but I don't know where he went. I had a lot to do the other day and nothing got done. I spent time that was for my children waiting for him to stop joking around with the staff and start doing his job. If they had told me that it would take 4 hours or even 6, I would have done one car at a time so I could go back home. My time is valuable. Not just figuratively speaking, but financially as well. He won't waste mine again.

I've had two flats fixed here in the last few months. Absolutely no waiting and quickly and properly plugged.

Tire choice in colony has a new management team and although I wasn’t disappointed in the last management team, this management team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. I had an issue with my Mercedes after a new tire installation and they sent someone to my home right away to correct it.

Wanted to help my nephew buying him a couple tires.
Got a tire quote over the phone of $109 each
Got there and they didn’t have them. Of course the guy I talked to wasn’t there. So now he says we have these for $126 each plus $40 labor. Said ok. An hour and half later, I called them and turns out they didn’t have those either! Got to get them from another store. Told us the front end needed $2500 worth of work. The car isn’t worth $2500.

Counter person was not very personable and mumbled making it hard to hear and understand him. I purchased 4 tires. I had to return to have the tires rechecked as my vehicle is shaking significantly. They supposedly worked on it, but I was never notified the vehicle was ready and had to find someone to tell me if my vehicle had been worked on and if it was ready for me to take. I will have to return again as the problem is still not fixed.

Wife called to ask about 4 new tires for our car. The manager told her yes we have them bring the car in. I arrived at 11am and confirmed the work was told 90 minutes and all would be complete. At 12: 30pm I look out and the car is still sitting there with no work started. I asked the manager what was going on he said they should be bringing it back soon. 10 minutes later he comes back and says sorry my fault we don’t have the tires. What a joke of a business.

Amazing experience here today! Gio and the team were friendly and helpful! We got a flat on the highway, got towed to the shop and were back on the road in no time!

Very poor customer service.iv even tried to talk to corporate.they won't respond to my phone calls either.would highly recommend not using their services for anything.i recommend pep boys instead lol the owner calls himself responding to my complaint.obviously he didn't read it because iv called that number and they will not get back in touch with me.even corporate customer service is garbage

Do not use this outfit. The front end employee is a rip off artist.
He asked me if I wanted my coolant and brake fluid topped up and then charged me $400 for flushing both systems, which the car did not need. I am very disappointed with the experience

I had an appointment on Saturday I dropped my car off the day before because I had an appointment at 8 am. This place didn't get to look at my car till 12: 30 pm on Saturday because Robert said to me that people that didn't not have appointments come before me which was bs. So by the time the car was looked at. The part they needed they could only get from the dealership. So I needed the car back so I had to drive over an hour away to get the part. Even though my car was all done on Saturday I still giving this place one star because I had be on top of them and including the aggravation I went through. If you bring your car here don't deal with Robert. Make sure you deal with Danielle (Assistant Manager).
