I still believe there are angels (make that a tire angel) amongst us, Gamilo the mgr went out of his way to help my cousin and older lady that has a sick husband (stage 4 cancer) deal with a tire bought at Sam’s club were they did not help her due to the fact that we had to mount the tire immediately somewhere else because she uses her car to transport sick husband and the club did not have an appointment for weeks, therefore they said voided the warranty so he stepped up and exchanged the tire (had a damaged sidewall from the factory as it was brand new just a few days old) therefore helping her tremendously. I have shopped this store before and will continue to do so exclusively as this is the best customer service I’ve experienced here so far! Kuddos to this store and management.

These guys know what they are doing my truck drives better and i can even say the steering is tighter and it drives like a new car.

Used coupon they send for Synthetic Blend oil and tire rotation for 39.99. False advertising because they use conventional oil and tell you you must pay much more for synthetic. I pointed out the wording on coupon said synthetic, but they only offer conventional at that price. Asked for a nail to be removed from front right tire. Guess what. Nail is still in front right tire. Tires were not rotated. (They did not charge for nail repair) but obvious the courtesy rotation is also false advertising. Bummed because we had good experience in the past but now looking for TRUSTWORTY shop in the future. Now my wife asks. "did they actually change the oil". Employee at front desk was clueless to top off this experience. Stay away is my recommendation.

They don't only do tires they have a very well skilled auto mechanic that can service any auto need A to Z manager has great customer service ethics

Went in there after given a 4 day wait time for an oil change by everyone else. Was in and out of tire choice in 30 minutes and was given a very fair price. Best shop in Port Saint Lucie area!

They are always so fast and efficient. Willingly walked me out to my car to check out the problem before taking it back to work on it. Solved the problem in under 5 minutes free of charge. So thankful for this place! I will only go to this establishment.

I’ve been a long time customer here and after today I will not be returning. 3 hours went by no oil change no calls I had to call multiple times to get information. The guy at the front desk was the worst. 70$ to diagnose the car but still can’t tell me what’s wrong with it.

Absolutely amazing service! I needed an oil change that was last minute and during the last hour of their day, the amazing gentleman Terrell at the counter got me in right away with no wait time. The entire time I was there he was multi-tasking between working in the shop, answering phone calls, and helping the many customers that came through the door requesting service or picking up their vehicles. He was so pleasant and glad to help everyone! He also noticed I had a spare on with the other tire in the bed of the truck. He went out of his way to mount my spare back underneath where it belonged and put the actual tire back on for me! So thankful and generous! I am beyond appreciative and will be back to get my new set of tires just because of his outstanding service and courtesy!

Service was great on replacing my 4 tires plus Alignment. Its been like 2 weeks, so far no issues on the tires or the Alignment. Camilo Diaz and Terrell Beasley Staff members were very professional and yet quiet friendly and personable.

I discovered i had a nail in my tire after a long day at work, so I called this shop last minute and they were so happy to take me. The man working the front of the shop was so nice, easy to talk to and answered all my questions with a smile on his face. Amazon customer service and got my car taken care of quickly:). If you need work done, i highly recommend going here! I will be going back!

Tires started to give out. They took my car in with no appointment, looked it over, and gave it air free of charge. Right as rain.

9/13/23 Update: Today I went to get an oil change and once again, Camilo the assistant manager wowed me with the level of customer service he provided. The staff in general is very helpful and upfront. I recommend this location if you want service done honestly, promptly and with the customer in mind at all times. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!

Previous review: First time at this establishment and I was wowed by the assistant manager Camilo. I took my car to have new tires installed with an alignment. I was aware that my vehicle, due to its age, had some issues. But I appreciated the fact that Camilo sent me photos of all the areas that had problems and provided the solution and the cost associated with it. Furthermore, unprompted he also provided the after photos when he had replaced the parts we had agreed on replacing. The total I paid was exactly what he quoted me and he did extensive work in one day and returned the vehicle exactly at the time he had promised. Overall, it is clear that Camilo is very professional and committed to providing excellent customer service. He takes ownership of the process and keeps the customer informed not just verbally but visually; which is extremely rare in the body shop/mechanic industry. He is certainly an asset to Tire Choice.
