Horrible service - had an emergency for a tire and they told me they had the tire in stock. Made me wait over 20 minutes because he drove to warehouse to get tire, it so happens they did NOT have it in store. 0/10 experience

Went to go get a oil change and I specifically told them before I got service to not lock the car and what did they do after finishing the oil change they locked my car I waited over an hour for this service plus the time I have to wait for my car to unlock

The young man name Michael who works there is a horrible associate. I was left a message saying I needed 2 new tires and to call back. When I called back and I informed Michael of this he told me no that was wrong and continued to argue with me on what I needed even though it was his store manager Reggie who told me about the tires. He then proceeded to act like a child an place me on hold once I asked for the manager. When he saw I was not hanging up he tried to take my number to have him call me back I said no and then he decided to finally help me which he did with an attitude. He then tried to overcharge me instead of looking in the system and seeing that alignments are free with my previous tire purchase as well as a discount for a tire promotion that they are running. I know in these times businesses needed people but please hire people that are professional and know how to reign in their emotions. Worst experience I have ever encountered at tire kingdom and I come here all the time for vehicle maintenance but this young man has changed that.

Customer service is always great and they always trying to help and make sure customers are satisfied.

Always a great experience at this tire Kingdom they're efficient they pay attention to the customer and I've never had any complaints with them

Worst, I waited for 25 mins before even being assisted. Only one employee at front desk. Ridiculous

They truly messed my truck up went for a oil change they cut line in truck and left a glove in engine turn around to make complaint manager very rude and disrespectful had to call corporate they made them fix the problem but turned around and messed more up in my truck worse now I have to come out of pocket to fix

Arrived for a 8am appointment, waited for about 5 mins, I was just about to leave when a worker with some little dreads on his top of his head comes out and said can I help you. So I said to him I’ve been waiting here for over 5 mins and you not going to say sorry for the wait the dude stated arguing about the 5 mins and said he’s not going to apologize. So I asked if he cared he’s said no I don’t care and turned around and walked to the back, I asked him his name with his back turned he mumbled something like Johnathan. I’ve been getting tire service for my work vans from that location for years, never gonna happen again.

Hate going here, but if you need tires there's no better place. Great customer service & no bulls**t, straight up on prices & deals. Thanks guys

Appointment was at 4 ain’t leave till 6. It’s was fine until I got to my car didn’t want to start when my car was working fine when I brought it in no issue. Jus spend 700$ and now my car dead on there clock they came an jumped after they was trying to close. Then I get ask by a worker am I going straight home. Something ain’t sit right when he said that. Leave go home something told me to check aging and no start this is real sad. Come there with a car that turn on fine no issue and leave with a car that won’t start. And this my first time coming man this some bull. And it raining, I keep this car well maintain never had a issues. Till I left here. NEVER AGING IM SORRY TODAY WASNT THE DAY!

This location is the worst location. They are extremely slow and alot of their equipment is broken which means you are waiting along time. The inventory on tires is not at the location. The tire (s) have to be ordered/shipped from another location. I do not recommend this location.

Please avoid this place, they will overcharge you for everything. A few months back I replaced my tire sensor and needed it to be recalibrated, at the time the other shop that replaced the sensor did not have a functioning one that could recalibrate the sensor. The guy at tire Kingdom refused to assist with the issue and told me I would need to pay to service the vehicle even when I told him what the issue was. I left and went down around the corner where I was assisted for Free because the mechanic determined it wasn’t much labor needed at all to recalibrate they sensor. Yesterday however I went to get an Estimate on how much it would cost to get my Rotors and Breaks changed. Mind you I have all the parts with me needed to do the job, I just need a paper trail to inform next buyer of the vehicle with its up keeping. I received an estimate for $500. Please do better you guys are literally Ripping people off. I got charged $280 down the street for the same service.

My husband and I were driving around when we got an alert that our fire pressure was low. Turns out we had a huge screw in the front tire. We were close to this Tire Kingdom and they were less than 30 minutes from closing. I called and James was courteous and said to bring it in. We took the truck in and were out in 30 minutes. So thankful they were able to squeeze us in and get the flat repaired in no time. THANK YOU!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a franchise auto repair shop. I usually stay away from chain shops, especially when it comes to auto repair, but after being recommended to this Tire Kingdom and speaking with Reginald, I’ll definitely come back. I had an oil change, brakes, and tire replacement and the price was comparable to other places I’ve been too. Only difference is that previous mechanics still left me disappointed, steering wheel shaking every time I had work done with them. But after my visit here, my car is driving beautifully. No shaking whatsoever. Highly recommend for anyone to check them out for their auto needs.

Came in today to get my tire fixed. Very reliable and friendly the manager was on top of everything.

I was extremely satisfied with the services that were performed on my vehicle. Reginald Tolbert and fellow techicians at your store located in Miami Gardens is always professional and knowledgeable and exemplifies patience when explaining what my vehicle needs and what my options were to complete repairs. Reginald Tolbert always goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied with services rendered. I will definitely patronize Tire Kingdom in Miami Gardens in the near future.

Omg, these guys are totally awesome. When I say Edgar the Manager, John, and all the mechanics are amazing.
Took my car I had just purchased there and they did a maintenance check, found so many issues and fixed Everything. They are Proficient, accurate and fast. This has been the best experience I have ever received. Please if you want any oil changes, tires, brakes, rotors, washer blades, blinkers, etc. Please take your car to the Tire kingdom 5710 nw 176th street, Hialeah Gardens. I promise you won't be disappointed. I will Never go to Pep boys again. Tire Kingdom is my home service for my car. Totally awesome, and very, very Professional and friendly. 100 stars to them.

After calling many places in search of four new tires I took a chance and called Tire Kingdom at this location and I am so glad we stopped here. From the beginning the guys were so nice and so attentive. They made great deals with us and gave us the greatest service in every way. Tires feel perfect too. I want to especially give thanks to Mike who was at front desk and really went out of his way to accommodate us before the service and was such a sweetheart. Theo the Bahamian guy was also very nice and even provided us with coffee and nice conversation. Another Theo a mechanic and a guy named Jonathan were also very nice. Reginald the mgr I spoke to on the phone was very informative and professional. The entire shop were wonderful. I’ll be recommending this place to friends and family. I have to say I had to bring my truck back for additional work and met Johnathan excellent customer service. Why? Because he really took the time to listen to my complaint I regards to my vehicles performance. He then took the time to look it to the problem along with another technician and called me back with a solution with fair pricing. After about an hour and a half he called stating that my truck was ready.

Upon paying and receiving my truck manager Reginald took the time out to test drive my truck with me following in a separate vehicle prior to he politely explain the new policy due to Covud-19 on the no contact on test driving customer.

By far the best experience ever! Thank you Tire Kingdom
