The team at University Parkway location of Tire Kingdom is nothing short of fantastic! Not only are they knowledgeable and particularly helpful, but they have a knack for turning the otherwise frustratingly boring task of getting new tires into an objectively pleasant experience.

Like most drivers, I’ve been subjected to less than stellar, or even downright terrible service in the past, but I keep coming back to this particular location and I have yet to have a bad experience. Top notch team!

I just moved to the area from out of state and came for an oil change. Greg and Wesley were both very helpful, and kind. I get a very honest vibe from them and will definitely be coming back here for future maintenance needs!

Got there early from my appointment. Was on a little bit of a time constraint. The manager was very helpful. Pushed my car through quickly. I got out before the time of my original appointment. Great service.

2 pm Saturday and I have a flat tire. Really flat. Greg and his buddies at Tire Kingdom rescued me. The advice was thorough and professional. The selection of tires fit my needs and he did not upsell me. By 3 pm I am a very happy customer driving on my new tire. Thank you Greg!

I bought two tires. They were very professional, quick, and very reasonable I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

Had 4 tires installed, aligned and balanced. Gregory was very professional and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and provided accurate cost estimates for those services. Service was prompt and my car was ready when promised.

I'm always made to feel welcome-the guys all know my name! I'm treated with professional courtesy and leave with that feeling of safety knowing my vehicle was repaired properly, in the best of care.

This store and its staff rock! In these crazy times when poor customer service and not getting your money's worth are the norm, this place is a breath of fresh air. They provide not only exceptional customer service but professional, detailed auto care. I am at peace bringing my vehicles here and though I now live 35 minutes away I plan on continuing to do so.

I was referred to Wes by my manager, I had called at 7: 50 AM and Wes answered the phone and had already knew what I needed, told me how to troubleshoot, and ultimately gave me all the info I needed before bringing my car in. On the way to the shop my car had died and Wes took it upon himself to drive out to me and jump my car to bring it to the shop- what a hero this guy is. On arrival to the shop he quoted me lower than my expectations had ever imagined and I’m beyond thrilled with Wes and this specific Tire Kingdom on Uni. Hats off to these fellas, they truly care!

The managers Wes, Greg, and Nick are awesome. From scheduling tires, oilchanges, and batteries for my rental Vans.they are always willing to help out. Even if I have to drop a van off in an emergency, it never sits more than 2 days before it's fixed and ready to be picked up.

Wow! Had a shredded tire, came in Saturday just a couple hours before closing with no appointment. They had me on my way in great time. You saved my weekend! Great service, wonderful staff.

The service here is always top tier. Everyone here is thoroughly knowledgeable and the service is trustworthy. My family and I have been customers since 2015 and we remain loyal customers because we know the reps here always keep our best interests and safety in mind in all of the maintenance work they perform. They always recognize my family's cars and remember their maintenance history off the top of their heads. It's honestly really impressive. Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication!
