Raul is my absolute favorite. He takes great care of my service every time I come here. Not to mention, I live 45 minutes away and pass several locations just to come to this particular one. I never notice a wait time since it's across from Sawgrass mall, I just get my steps in while perusing the stores! The staff here really gets my requests done and recommends next services. Thank you

This is the best car place we’ve been to in a very long time! I even took a nail out of our tire, which is practically flat and didn’t charge us anything. We have since taken our car there for oil changes and even taking our son’s car there for knowledges and it’s very reasonably priced and they do a good job.

Great shop! Raul is the best and goes above and beyond for the customer. Always a good experience when I come here. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to the Sawgrass TK for more than 12 yrs now. Franjo the head mechanic has always proven to be knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Raul the shop manager has always been friendly and checks my history for anything that might still be under either the shops or products warranty and has saved me money. My last visit $0.00! We all need a good mechanic shop, this is it.

Made an appointment same day and arrived a bit early but Raul took care of me and my car for a new pair of tires. Raul made sure the tires were in stock and took care of the rest. The team completed the install quick and had it ready in little more than an hour which was quicker than estimated. I will return back for my tire needs. Thanks

Tire Kingdom is the best tire shop in the area, I cannot recommend enough, we caught a nail and came to this service center 20 minutes before they were closing, manager Raul was kind enough to put a patch in a tire that we were able to get back home, it was the best customer experience by far I’ve ever had in any service, huge thank you Tire Kingdom and especially Raul.

Exceptional experience. Friendly, informative, and fast. The manager Raul and service advisor Federico a pleasure to deal with. I will be using this Tire Kingdom location for my family's vehicle needs from now on.

I visited this location yesterday and I found some of the practices to be questionable. I will not comment on those however because I am adept at advocating for myself. I will however comment on the manager’s laughter when I declined road hazard warranty coverage. When questioned about his laughter he said that is the way he deals with discomfort. Upper management may want to provide him some other ways to deal with discomfort. Laughing at a customer’s decision is rude. I suspect that the real reason for the laughter was a juvenile attempt to have me question my decision. The tires I purchased were at a competitive price. A very good value. Customer service could use an overhaul.

I had an oil change and instead of resetting the oil mileage (for next time) the team member reset the the system back into factory settings. I spent some time to have it all changed again. Never will be back there.

I took my car here yesterday for an oil change and the next day my car engine is shaking like crazy. I ship out to basic training on Tuesday. I called to explain to the manager what was going on and he never offered to have me take the car back so they could have a look at it. My car was running perfectly fine until I took it to them. Now I get to spend the last weekend before I ship to basic training without a car and my wife and son without transportation.

Made an online appt for 8 am this morning. I had oil changed & tires rotated as well as system check & wiper changed. Work was done at nascar speed & I was done in 25 minutes. Employees were courteous & friendly. Price was fair.

I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but Raul is awesome, great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm here from Colorado on a trip, had a flat and was back on the road in about 45 mins. Above and beyond IMO.

Raul and Mike, both supervisors at this location were professional and understanding to my situation. They were able to provide amicable solutions on both of my visits. I couldn't be happier. Great service.

The man who answered the phone, Raul, said they could fix my tire right away. When I got here another man said we had to wait an hour to an hour and a half. Raul came out and asked if we were the ones who called, when we said yes, he said “we’re doing this right away” and took us right in. The other workers went back to eating their lunch and watching T. V. Raul was the most ambitious and dedicated worker I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you!

Made an appointment online for 1: 00PM. Arrived at 12: 55, upon arrival another customer was complaining about agreed upon work not being completed. I go to check in for an oil change and an A/C Service and they ask it in leaving the car. I specified on the appointment that I would be staying. The gentleman who was running the desk told me there would be an hour and a half wait before my car could be seen. No apology or anything. My question is why take appointments if you can’t honor a time. Now I could see waiting half an hour but giving up my entire afternoon is a little much.

Got there close to closing time with a valve issue. They asked the mechanic, Raul, if he wanted to trashes care of it. Did so with a smile! Thanks Raul.
