Needed a battery, walked into the store and was greeted by Johnson. Couldn't have been treated nicer!
He was professional, great sense of humor and replaced my battery immediately even though they were all very busy!

Brought my truck here for an oil change, a new tire, and a tire alignment, waited four hours payed and drove off with a truck that was never aligned! Yet they charge me for it, and I guess they figured I wasn't going to notice my truck pulling to the right so bad that I was fighting wit the stirring wheel to keep it from going into the sidewalk. Horrible place to have any service done at, do not waste your money at this location! The manager said he was going to refund the money for the alignment, no explanation and no apology.bad business.

I had a screw in the sidewall of a Pirelli Scorpion Verde tire. Three other tire shops told me it was impossible to get. I called Johnson and he was so professional and told me that he would take care of me just to bring the car right on over. He had the tire installed and ready for me to go in less than eight hours. (I didn’t bring the car in until right before closing or he would’ve had it the same day, even though he had to order it) the store was very busy with many customers and the phones were ringing like crazy. You would never know it with Johnson’s professionalism. He handled each customer, each phone call, including myself like we were the only customer present I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a tire and I can’t say enough kind things about Johnson. I was told they needed a manger there and was surprised as I thought Johnson was the manager as he was helping everyone, including the staff with no sweat on his brow even under pressure. If I could give them more stars I would!

Flat tire repaired was valve replacement. Took care of it in a flash so I could get my daughter to the air port to catch her flight back to NY. Thanks Johnson

I was very happy with my experience at tire kingdom. Johnson was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The technician performed a thorough inspection of my tires and suspension to ensure everything was in good shape. He explained my options in plain English and gave an honest assessment without any pushy sales tactics. I appreciated his expertise.

I came in late in the afternoon with a screw in my tire. I have road hazard coverage from this location, the Mgr, Johnson was ready to help, he collected my info and said they could get for me tonight. Then the Technician, Kyle came right out and told my car back right away. So I decided to wait for it. Kyle did a great and fast job repairing my tire and got me back on the road fast. My hats off to both Johnson and Kyle at this location!

I have been going to Tire Kingdom for more than 15 years, and specifically the Old Dixie Highway location since it opened at least 5 years ago. This store is by far the best Tire Kingdom location I have brought all my cars to. I just brought one of my cars there today, and all the service was completed earlier than promised. The store manager, Johnson, is knowledgeable and friendly, and he has always done his best to make sure I walk out a happy customer… even after I get the bill. ;)

They patched 2 tires for me and got me in and out without an appointment. Johnson was great and made it an easy experience. Trusted the service and will be back

Made appointment for 1: 00,5: 00 and haven't even started simple oil change and tire rotation, needless to say unproductive afternoon, it's getting harder and harder to support the big guys.

Received a quote from another tire place in the neighborhood. They quoted for me for 5 tires when the tire on the back of my Jeep was brand new. Hector the service manager said that is silly and my spare tire is fine. Just buy 4 of the same with a rebate. Integrity!

Hector and his team did a fantastic, hassle free replacement of one of my run flat tires.
Hector ordered the tire and when it came in, I booked the appointment for the next day.
The store is very busy, but yet Hector graciously helped customers and answered the phones with professionalism.
I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom!
