Charlie and his team got me in and fixed my tire in less than an hour. The service was great, the store was clean and my car came out as clean as it went in. Nicely done! I will return to Tire Kingdom for future work and recommend them without reservation.

Very nice and helpful staff, they go into details about what needs to be serviced, and give you options and discounts.

Came in near closing time on a Sunday afternoon. Staff very helpful identifying problems. Bought four new tires. Feel like I got a good deal and had great customer service.

They were very good to us even though we was at the wrong location! Very nice to deal with!

I’ve been bring my vehicles to Tire Kingdom for years. Whether it’s regular oil changes, or tire replacement, they always get me in and out very fast. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I have gone to this facility many time over the years with the same vehicle and have had good service. I always have done a oil change with conventional oil every 3k. At this same location. Today things changed. They simple refused to do my oil change unless I agreed to pay for the synthetic oil. I attempted to explain to them that they have completed my oil change many times before using conventional. I ultimately ask to speak with their manager and he tried to tell me that a conventional oil change was the same price as synthetic. 60$ plus. I was like.you are treating me as if I was an idiot. I ask for a district manager number and they simply refused. Needless to say they lost a good customer. I won't be going back nor recommending them. So beware on their tricks on pricing.

Customer service to the T. Linda's customer service was great. Follow-up was great. She called to let us know when the best to schedule appointment. I am a business owner and appreciate the personal service.

They helped me get the problem resolved same day. Have went here multiple times and highly recommend using them. Thanks for all the help Charlie!

Today has been a stressful day but Linda & Will have been so patient, kind and passionate about their work to ensure their customers are NOT stressed and overwhelmed. When a person is from out of town and NO PLACE has your size tires and they go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure you are take care of you have no other choice but to be grateful. I appreciate these 2 working on a Sunday to ensure that people like me are in good hands. Thank you publicly!

I would like to thank Walt the service manager for all his help. He is very knowledgeable, and professional.

I have brought both my vehicles up there to get tires. One of them is a 2016 GX 460 the other is a 2000 Toyota tundra, they are not the cheapest but they are very helpful. I highly recommend them. Have over four hundred and forty thousand miles on the tundra, had an alignment done they showed me the wore out parts that I changed myself and then they aligned it again for free. Great folks.

I needed help immediately and called Tire Kingdom and spoke to Linda who told me to come on in. As soon as I got there she was so caring and helped me resolve my problem. Speaking with her was an absolute treat! It is very rare to find someone who cares so much to go above and beyond to help and she did just that! I will recommend this location to everyone I know because of her amazing customer service. Also thank you to William for fixing the problem flawlessly! Linda and William are the best! Stopped in with some pressure sensor issues- turns out all my tires were just low on air. Very quick to help. Filled up my tires and took the time to help me understand what happened. I believe Mark was the gentleman who helped me today, thank you!
