Great experience here for oil changes, tire alignments, tire replacement, can often get a same or next day appointment.

Repair was made quickly and on schedule. Staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely be back.

Had a vibration issue with my van, walked in and was taken care of quickly and in a timely manner. Hector was very pleasant and easy to work with when discussing possible issues and procedures. Chris was very informative about what was going on and we came to a solid conclusion with a run down about what happened and what I need to do. I have to warranty the balance at another shop however if that wasn't the case I'd hands down bring my vehicle here for service routinely. Great shop, great guys! Go check them out sometime if your in the area.

Mr. Hector Cruz really helped me out with a quick and efficient identification of what was causing my tires to leak air and his guys performed a quick repair. The team went above and beyond in even identifying that my car was dangerously low on brake fluid and filling it up. They did a satisfactory Job, they where empathetic with me and others while I was there. They are really good and surprisingly they know more than one language which was a nice surprice.

A very clean and courteous location. Hector, being admittedly short handed upon my arrival for my oil change and tire rotation appointment, was very courteous and kind. He was a one man band assisting me and several others by himself until his technician arrived. This location always has coffee snd a clean waiting area for it’s customers.

I had a flat tire at 6: 40 am on my way into work. With all the technology and improvements to the world, car companies (Daily - 2020 BMW Z4) no longer include spare tires. Hector was so accommodating to my emergency. My tire is not easy to find and is apparently made of endangered animal pelts, faberge eggs, and needs the Pope’s blessing. Hector was able to find and order one from a warehouse, and I was driving away that afternoon. He went above and beyond to make sure I had my vehicle returned the same day with an exact matching tire. I have never been to this store before but Hector deserves my future business. I truly believe that we live in a sad time where people only like to voice complaints. I believe in Kudos and loyalty to those who treat the customers well.

Short and sweet: previous experiences at other locations shouldn't be applied here. This shop cares about the customer and about quality service and you absolutely should consider them as an option for tires or mechanical services.

I've been coming to this specific Tire Kingdom for years after taking a risk and being surprised by the knowledge, courtesy, and level of service they provide. Since then, anything I don't have time to do myself comes here and I've been quite satisfied. The management has changed hands a few times but it seems the common thread has remained - quality service at prices that are hard to beat in this economy.

Finally had to break down and buy new tires. Tire Kingdom gave the best price and has the best customer service.

Tire kingdom is absolute best Tire service I have ever had experienced. These guys helped me out at the last minute and got me outta there before I knew it. Nicest and most helpfully guys ever. Ty Tire kingdom.

Came in to get a new tire and Hector and Anthony were so kind and helpful with getting us up and running again. Their positive attitudes and overall service was impeccable. The store is extremely well kept and they had coffee and Wi-Fi and just made the overall experience a joyful experience.

They are very friendly and always let me know whats up with my suv. If you want to be told what your car or suv needs let them know and they will inform you in a truthful manner.

The front office receptionist was superb in helping but unfortunately, I had to take my truck to the actual Ford dealership. I bought it here because my truck kept shaking. They said it needed new tires and an alignment. Come to find out, they put the wrong tires on and Ford never heard of the brand they use. Also, whoever put the brakes on, did them wrong so now I have to pay almost $800 for their mistake after paying $500 for Tire Kingdom. As much as I liked the receptionist, they need to check behind their mechanics.

We went to Tire Kingdom this past week for an oil change and check up on my cars brakes. They did an excellent job and Hector was honest and reliable and told me my brakes were fine and did not need replacing yet! I appreciate the honesty and being able to trust a company that’s not just out to get my money. I will be a returning customer!

Hector Cruz, got me taken care of on the last minute, no problem, and at a much lower price than surrounding shops (even Wal-Mart yall!)
