Fantastic service, had a 2016 tacoma and lost the key for the security lugs. They were able to get them off anyways at a bery reasonable price. Will be coming back to them next time I need an alignment!

I recently visited Tire Kingdom for an urgent tire repair as I had a flat tire and needed to get to work. To my pleasant surprise, they accommodated me at the last minute. Everyone was super helpful, especially Paul.

Paul was knowledgeable, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. On top of the nice tire change, he also gabe me a sweet deal on an oil change and brake service. I was particularly impressed with how he took the time to pull me over and show me the extent of wear on my brakes, which helped me understand the necessity of getting them switched.

The level of transparency and professionalism displayed by Paul as well as the entire team was outstanding. I left Tire Kingdom feeling reassured and confident in the safety and performance of my vehicle, all thanks to Paul's expertise and the team's efficiency.

I highly recommend Tire Kingdom for anyone in need of car maintenance, especially if you're looking for a team that values your time and provides top-notch service at a great price. Kudos to Paul and the entire team for making my experience so great!

Went to get a screw removed from my tire it was 4: 15 and 45 minutes to close on a Sunday. The young lady in the front counter was very pleasant I had road hazard insurance they gave me no issues and my tire was professionally patched. I recommend this place.

You'd be better off throwing rocks at your car to fix it. The staff was friendly enough, but I got two new tires installed at this place that claims to be the kingdom of tires, and the next day these tires went dead flat. Turns out the tires had bad valve stems, which they fixed, and after that the alignment on my car was worse than its ever been. They reluctantly did an alignment, and afterwards it was just as bad as before. They might've just stared at my car for an hour and told me they did an alignment.

If you do any service here, check your tire pressure before you leave because they pump the tires up to a nearly dangerous amount. Both times they were fixing my tires, both new and a patched tire in the rear, they pumped them to about 50 psi. Not sure the exact number as it blew the roof off my pressure gauge. While in the waiting room I hear another customer who just had service say his tires were at 45 psi for some reason.

I have yet to have a good experience at this particular store. This location is convient and why I have patronized it. My lastest complaint is as follows; I came in Friday couldn't have my tires rotated as a walk in so I made an appointment.for Sunday morning. I came in at 10, my scheduled appointment.time and I was told no techs showed up for their shifts and to come back at 11. It's 11: 31 and I am sitting here waiting for my turn (behind the walk ins) and one of the 2 late techs walks in from the garage and grabs a bag of food that a non employee brought in and the girl from the front and the tech that was late are sitting behind the wall chatting and having breakfast with the guy who brought them breakfast while I sit here waiting for them to finish their food and service my vehicle! I am beyond pissed! Never ever come to this location if you appreciate customer service!

The store staff are a solid and effective team. They had my tire within two hours and it was fixed within an hour. Professional. Great communicators. Thorough. Thank you!

On the other hand, the central help desk at corporate bombed. I was told I would have to wait until Tuesday for a new tire. That sounded strange. I trusted my instinct and went directly to the store. I’m happy I did.

My wife came in 01/04/24. She was instructed that our two front tires had nails in them. 4 nails in the right. 1 nail in the left. She never saw the "nails. " She was told they could replace the tire. They left to a partner store and brought over a tire. She came home, and after I inspected the car, I noticed the tire size was wrong. I am not sure how that even happened. My wife called the shop 01/06/24 to inform them that our tire size was incorrect. They talk a lot about being understaffed and all that, which is nice, but that does not excuse carelessness. Not to mention, they kept my wife there for over two hours and didn't even do the job correctly. We called, and they said sorry. They instructed us to come in before five for the issue to be resolved. I have now been here for over three hours. People who have come in after me were taken care of. You would think if you made a mistake and didn't regard the safety of the driver, they would rush to fix their mistake, but no, they definitely take their sweet, sweet time. I watched the manager eat doritoes at the front desk instead of helping out his staff since they were so busy and understaffed you'd think he would. After over 3 hours, the correct tire was placed on our vehicle. He kindly slipped us a 25 dollar coupon to use on our next visit. I will not be back. I wouldn't even give this coupon to my worst enemy. It's clear there is no clear leadership or communication going on here. While waiting there, another customer complained about his tires being the wrong size, too. So, I guess if you want tires to come here, just check and make sure they actually fit before driving off the lot. Photos below show the incorrect sized tire and our lovely coupon. If anyone needs a tire, I recommend Sam's Club. I got my other needed tire for 30 dollars cheaper. Also, it's the right size (that's the best part).

After I found Tire Kingdom (I passed by it twice because their street sign was down) I was very impressed with their customer service. I have a very tight budget. Their Manager, Rob, was very Customer Service oriented and was great to deal with! He worked with my budget and I was able to purchase a new tire which I desperately needed. All their personnel were very friendly and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Tire Kingdom on 34th Street N!
