Dorothy is a great worker. She is very approachable and always willing to help. She has great customer service and is very respectful. She knows her job well and get the job done!

While visiting the keys, we noticed a nail in our chunky jeep tire. Stopped in here hoping for a repair and praying for tire to be salvageable. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, they told us it was just a small nail and was able to just pull it out with no harm to the tire. They could have taken advantage and charged for a repair or, worse yet a new tire as some shady businesses would do, but these guys are top-notch, honest pros! Would highly recommend and would definitely return if the need should arise during future trips!

Great service! Ladies at the front desk helped me with a walk in oil change and it was quick and easy and I was out in less than 30 minutes!

Dorothy gave us excellent customer service as she found the perfect tire for us when we had gotten a flat tire on our way to Key West. The staff was so quick too! We feel so taken care of. We highly recommend coming to this location for your tire needs. We are so grateful they are open Sundays!

Don't waste your time here. These desk jockeys are just sitting behind the desk waiting for the inevitable to happen and the darkness to come. Don't even dare come in and ask a question because they look at you and instantly say they don't have it in Stock. Zombies. Are these sales people getting a stipend to live here in Marathon Mavis/Tire Kingdom? You're better off going to homestead or Florida City to receive exponentially better service. If I could give negative stars I would. SMH.

Super Friendly Staff and clean waiting rooms with comfortable seating. First come first serve so get here early!

Great Shop got me in and out even though They were short-staffed, but the staff that they do have are awesome. They all deserve a raise and a promotion.

I had some tires installed at another shop and that shop didn’t install new valve stems. So imagine my dismay when the valve stem blew out on my new tires, and hour before everything closed on Christmas Eve Eve, on my way to a vacation in the keys. The employees of this tire kingdom swapped out my broken valve stem and changed the donut that I had installed with the fixed tire in under 15 minutes. Not to mention they were extremely kind and made me feel so much better about something that could have easily ruined my day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. They are the best, just genuinely nice people!

Let me start by saying the staff and crew of the store were excellent. The issue was the website made you set an appointment (which I did for 0900). When we arrived at 0830, we were informed that it was actually first come/first served and we were third in line. The staff told us there would be a wait. However, we were not prepared for the 4 hour wait that we endured. If this site does not honor appt's like the website established, this needs to be indicated on the website. We wasted half of my sons birthday sitting in a tire shop thinking that our car was being worked on only to find it still in the parking lot where we parked it. The car drives incredible but it came at a cost. As a last note, they have a deal that offers 20 percent off if you show the staff that you gave them a 5 star review. This is super shady. How about earning the good reviews and not paying for them.

Don’t Visit this Store…. “Tire Kingdom” was a recognized name where we used to take our vehicles to get fixed, it used to be reliable for service, but now that name is associated with bad jobs, bad customer service and poor corporate policies. My son took his truck for an oil change (simple right) while he was visiting us for the holidays. When they took the drain plug they broke it and replace it. After paying $233.67 for oil change and other services…we notice truck was leaking oil. We took it back to fix what they did, and the owner Andrea told me it was not their fault, (car was not leaking oil before), and she will have to charge more for repair & labor. I complained to her and called corporate to report the bad service this store has, explained this issue has happened before to other customers, they said they call Regional office and the owner of the store, but still the owner refused to fix it and returned the car leaking oil. Obviously, she does not care about the name “Tire Kingdom” had created thru the years, she’s not doing the job correctly and she knows it, that’s why they are offering 20% discount for reviews. Lots of unhappy customer will bring the Kingdom down.

Great work! Quick and easy and even better service! Dorothy and the team made my experience worth it, I’ll definitely be back!

Has a appointment for 10 for an alignment. They pulled my vehicle into the bay at 1215. So 3 1/2 hours later. No description if there's were any corrections made ect. Then open car and find floor mat completely soiled including trim ect. Might wanna get some paper floor liners. Hope this grease comes out.
