27A couple of weeks ago I took my wife's car in for service. Pep Boys told us we needed a new starter. The Manager, Jeff L.had his people run a diagnostic test and determined that only a new battery was needed. Jeff L.was very professional and courteous. He was also very personable. He got my wife's car in and out quickly and saved us a lot of money by not overselling us. I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom for their service and professionalism. Thank you Jeff L!

They surprise me on the consistent decision to make you feel as if you're bothering them. The work is solid, but the customer service needs upgrading.
Went in for an oil change. Rudely greeted and met some very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Promptly left. If you don't want my money, fine but at least show some respect and appreciation towards your customers.
Paid more than the dealership for an oil change and they didn't even fill the fluids! Not a very happy camper.: (
With an appointment and arriving 10 mins earlier it took an hour to patch up a flat tire, seems like a lot to me but it could have been worse. On a good note it was pretty cheap.
Was overcharged and wait for over two hours to get an oil change with a coupon they wouldn't apply. I was out $55 easy with this last visit. A terrible experience with my understandable 15 month old. This is not a place I would recommend my worst enemy
