I highly recommend using this Tire Kingdom location. The staff are professional and friendly. I had a big tire issue while passing through the area that Stephen Paul & his team helped me solve. He coordinated with me to get the service I needed quickly and made a great suggestion when I needed a tire wheel/rim repair. I am most grateful for his assistance when I needed it most.

The initial staff member I spoke with had a surly attitude, and when I asked for a printout of the alignment I went for he told me the same line they have for the last 4 trips: "Our printer is down. " The car was serviced suspiciously quickly and showed no difference in handling afterwards, without the print it was impossible to tell if it had been adjusted at all.

Ive been client from this store for the last 6 years, i remember when i took only half an a hour to change oil but the last times i came take more than 2 hours even if is empty o with appointments like today 4/9/2020 crazy, appointment was for 11: 30 and they took my car at 11: 05 with just 1 car inside and is 12: 55 and still waiting, definitely this will be my last time here prefer to buy the stuff and doing by myself

People are very nice. Had appointment at 9, was 20 min early. It took four hours to put on four tires. Why have an appointment and ask when you want to pick up (and you say ASAP) if you take four hours to do a hour job. And no cars in front of you. People five stars.length of time.zero stars. Pick up the pace people.

I had gotten a flat tire at my hotel. Had the spare put on and went to tire kingdom. They were able to patch my tire and get my daughter and I back out the door in less than 45 min. I don’t live around here but they were all so nice a friendly, if I did I would bring my car there for any future needs.

Quick but I got scared because they did some tests on the card that I didn't request and then they give me SMS for works that it didn't ask for I think I have don't feel comfortable coming back this far

Been at the store a couple times Over $600 the 1st time Over a $1000 a second time I am a local business They do not honor my business Check Held my truck hostage Till the next Morning When I Came in the next morning With my ATM card I had to call the police What a nice way to do business with your Steady customers I wish I could give them a 1/2 a Star

Tire Kingdom is worst place to go for your car maintenance. I decided to my new tire on my Car but They put wrong tire on car my because they dot have it right size and do not admit their mistake. The sale person should tell me that I dot have right size can you wait I will order for you then you can come and we will take care of the car but “he should not said”. Because they care about their commission. He sale the wrong tire what ever was in their stock because I know how run omission business. They do not even tell me if they have right Tire. After I drove the car I feel something wrong so when I checked They put the incorrect tire on my car. I went talked to william who is service manager there he did not admit that their mistake top of that he said companies are not making your car correct size tire any more and he offer me more expensive tire and he said you can drive with same tire by mathematically your tire are 3 to 4 inches taller and wider your correct size tire. But I asked him if he can but same brand correct size tire on my car he said he could but come tomorrow talk to the store manager RENO. Next day I went to shop talk to the Store manager name is Reno he he did not admit his sale person mistake and said he can order right tire for me wait till 3 hr after they got the tire. I went there again and Mr. Reno said i have to pay them again for mound balance fee.what i know its was not my mistake so they spouse to put right tire on car with out additional charges. But they want me to pay $75 more for their mistake. I said I paid already for mound and balance why I have to pay again he said that new tire I have to pay. After long conversation with out solve the problem he just left the front desk area to go other Room. I got my car key and left from this place. So I went there 4 time they can not fix the problem. My family go there for car maintenance but from now I will not recommend Tire kingdom to friends and family. Thats was a bad experience i highly recommend stay was from this place because you can also waste your money and time

Good service and warranty! Bought my tires in Ft Lauderdale and received warranty service in Kissimmee. This is why I purchase from chain stores with good prices.

William went above and beyond to help me. The mechanic that he had do my car was also great. Being a ASE certified mechanic on cars and a certified master tech on diesels i figured he would've tried to stick g me on the price. These 2 guys saved our vacation and we're great in getting us back on the road! Thanks guys!

To the man with spiky hair in his mid 30's who watched over the counter around 10: 00-10: 30 am on 3/14/18 i thank you. I was told by another location it would be hours before i would have a simple tire patch done and he did it quickly. Taking the initiative, showing technique and customer first. I cant thank you enough. Give this man some paid time off, a vacation or something rewarding. He deserves it.

Went into get an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell me shocks and struts to the tune of almost $700. I had just replaced those less than two years ago.

Store Manager Reno Is A True Profesional And I Was Impressed With The Attentions Given To Me. Great Asset To This Company!

Very prompt my appointment was at 8: 00 am and my truck went back at that time and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need

For many years I have my car service and I have purchase tires here. It may not be the cheapest place but they do a good job.

Always takes care of my needs and never pushes to sell me more than what I need joe the manager has been taking care of me for over a year now his staff is very quick! Seems tirekingdom has been making changes at this store as of Monday and I can tell you the change seems to have been for the best!
