Tire Kingdom, Deerfield Beach FL

Found an awesome place with honest workers and tremendous service! I brought my son's old Landcruiser into the Tire Kingdom in Deerfield Beach to get a flat tire fixed. They were totally honest with me of where the problem was, did not try to sell me a new tire when this one could be repaired and did it in an efficient and timely way. The manager, Charlie, was very nice and kept the place running well. I watched as one of the employees, Samuel, at the front desk did a tremendous job of calming down a potential customer who was upset about having to wait behind people already having work done. I was very impressed with him and the entire crew! Our family will be back to purchase tires here in the future. I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom to anyone.

This was one of the most Pleasant experiences I've ever had getting new tires for my car. With covid-19 and the economy in the tank it's difficult to Shell out several hundred dollars to get new tires on a car. I had trepidation walking in thought it was going to be really expensive. I spoke to a gentleman there at the shop and let him know that financially I wasn't capable of spending under $2 I need the basic tires for my vehicle and if he could take a look and see what he had. Within 5 minutes he was able to offer me the tires needing to be replaced and I walked out of their spending $189.

Definitely Recommend this place, for any of your tire car needs I know that I will be returning.

I will never ever give this location my business from the minute I walked in I noticed the blonde girl that works the front desk had a bad attitude with everyone that was calling the store over the phone then she rudely refused to service my vehicle over a simple tire rotation the manager needs to terminate her employment or properly train her on how to provide quality customer service my first and only experience with Tire Kingdom was a huge disappointment.

I literally just walked out of Tire Kingdom of Hillsboro
& had to rate my GREAT & FAST EXPERIENCE w/ Serenna McKellar who is super funny & friendly. The staff looks like they go beyond for each customer which I haven't always seen w/ other tire companies. I will DEFINITELY be back if I'm having tire issues.

I had an appointment, and they were on time, friendly. They were honest and didn't try and up sell me. It's the second time I've used this Tire Kingdom and am quite pleased.

Pretty good place, I have no complaints. Went here to get my oil changed on short notice. They gave me my car back within the hour. Plus they actually employed a girl. Most places like this that I've been to (ie tires plus) are giant sausage fests. It was refreshing to have my car handled by a gal for once.

My appointment was at 5 pm for a tire rotation and an oil change. I didn't leave until after 6: 30. We didn't discuss any other work.

Prices are fairly good, staff is great and I just changed a tire for free because of a warranty I bought and had no problems at all claiming it even though I lost the papers. Totally worth it.

I’ve been twice, once for a tire patch and once for an oil change. Both were pleasant experiences with no appointment, and both jobs were done within 90 minutes (considering it was a weekend and I had no appointment) I thought they did an excellent job.

Price and quality of labor was solid. Staff was very friendly. Will absolutely call them first next time I have any issues.

Thank you for the good service from Tire Kingdom. I am a German tourist and had a flat tire with my rental car from Alamo. The manager of Tire King has taken over all the formalities and necessary steps and after a few hours I had my rental car again. Thanks for that, you saved my vacation. Juergen

It isn't often I post a review for a car shop, but this Tire Kingdom in Deerfield Beach Is exceptional. The manager, Seth, truly cares and obviously lives his life with ethics. They do great work here, and they are honest, which is quite rare these days. When I move further away, I will come out of my way to visit this shop, when my car needs repairs. Thank you, and congratulations for being the best, to everyone who works there.

I want to write this review because every time I’ve gone to this tire Kingdom they always make sure to take care of me. Their manager Seth, really explained some stuff to me about the oil of my car. They were done quick! I appreciate them for sure

Total ripoff. Went there to change my oil and filters.
Was charged $50 for changing cabin filter which is basically 4 screws and swap out.
I have also asked them to return my oil because I brought 10QT of my own oil and the car takes only 7QT. They said the remaining oil is in the car's trunk. Of course it was not! Had to come back and ask again for it.

Very nice staff. Small waiting area. Wait was not too long. Will go back again, but will try for earlier appointment.

I went to get my tires installed and later discovered it was installed improperly while leaving I95! I called them back and customer service was not helpful and stated I only paid for the tires. My receipt clearly stated I paid for labor fee and that inaccurate comment had nothing to do with the poor service rendered to a paying customer. I’ve been coming here since 2017 and was disappointed with the new staff. I don’t plan to come back. Waste of money and time.

Made an appt and everything went super smooth. Seth greeted me and was super helpful with recommending the right tires for my car. They had a bit of trouble taking off one of my tires due to the lock being over tightened and they really really went out of their way to take their time to help me with this really big issue. I’ve never seen so many tools and attempts to help a client. Thanks to Seth and Bapstiste for taking customer service to the next level.

I've been a loyal Tire Kingdom / NTB customer for years. Unfortunately some of the shops are very dishonest. This shop in particular is excellent, ethical, and really cares about your vehicle. Although it is pretty far from where I live, I will go to the shop from now on. Avoid the Tire Kingdom at Copans Road at all costs. But this shop is great. Thanks guys.
