Excellent customer service; they are straight to the point and not "pushy" when it comes to choosing the best option for your maintenance.

Made an early morning appointment for a wheel alignment. Was told by multiple employees I could expect it to be done by noon, since I needed the car shortly afterwards. However, I was thoroughly disappointed when I had been totally forgotten about and nothing had been done. Will have to go elsewhere…

They are truly Professional. Excellent service. They will work with you and really care. My car was a mess. I had a major power steering leak. When they lifted the car up, they noticed the right side tire was also wobbling due to the rack and pion with the steering. This tire could have snapped off! I believe they saved My life and avoided a deadly accident. God Bless them. It now is repaired and drives like a new car. Thank you thank you.

Truly appreciate Tires Plus! Thank you Carrie! My mother picked me up from work with my little guy & I noticed my steering wheel shaking a lot while driving. I searched the nearest tire place & found a Tires Plus on Missouri St.in Clearwater. I noticed it was 6: 30pm (they closed at 7), but I went in & asked a gentleman if they took walk-ins. He said they did but wouldn't be able to change a tire as they were closing in 20 mins & still had another person ahead of me. I asked him if he could take a look at the tires & possibly see what was going on so I could know if I'd be able to make it home. He checked it & found that my passenger front tire had wires popping out if it. He checked the inventory & said he didn't have my size but could get one tomorrow. I asked if there was any other tire places nearby & he told me of another Tires Plus on Gulf to Bay, but they closed soon also. I quickly Googled it & called. Carrie said they had a tire & told me come over. They quickly got me in & changed it right then! SO appreciative for the help!

Amazing fast service, SUPER friendly staff especially Carrie! Shes is the sweetest with a high level customer service quality, she even gave me a discount, very helpful, knowledgeable. I got my tire patched in less than 20 mins. Highly recommend this place!

I have been going to tires plus in both Clearwater and St Pete and I have never had a bad experience. They are always nice and helpful. Might be more expensive being a chain but worth it

Our engine misfired on our way home to Columbus (7 hours away). They got us in and were quick and good prices. You are next to a gas station and a mile from the mall with food and stores so that helps for long waits (5 ish hours for us so we loved being near something)

My tire went out in the plaza next door and they stayed open to help me replace my tire and accommodated me very well! I felt very welcomed and they explained all the charges and suggested a roadside protection YOU SHOULD DO IT it saves you a lot of money. Joe helped us out and he was amazing! Needed a rather large nail in one of my tires and took my vehicle into the shop, the representative was very helpful, even when I got there 10 minutes before closing, they patched up my tire in a good timely manner, and at a good rate. Well done, definitely would recommend for patching tires and great customer service.

Horrible place, everytime I come there I have a new problem. Bought 4 new tires from there within a year and somehow my 3rd time didn’t come from them. Now after 2nd repair they told me to do. I got allignmnet and woke up to a complete flat tire

Very quick and efficient work and I walked in and walked out without paying anything for 6 months with the tire plus credit card very good business I recommend to everyone and free rotations for life can’t beat that with a bat and they are also hiring

I stopped by because I caught a bolt in my tire across the street and asked if they could repair my tire but they told me that all they could give me was air. Obviously that wasn’t enough. I called HD tire and they sent a road guy And had me fixed in 30 minutes. They were backed up, but no solution was provided.
