I booked a U-Haul truck rental at this place. I showed up and there is no key and no one available to help. The business was closed even though on the U-Haul site it says it’s open. I called customer service and was on the phone for a while. Left with no truck. Complete waste of my time.
I bought a used tire for my car.cheap but it started separating a week later and now have to get it replaced AGAIN. Staff was friendly but that’s the only reason they’re getting more than one star.
Bought four tires and had them installed. One wheel was leaking and they didn't know how to stop it
Called and the guy (was told it was the owner by the worker I spoke to) on the phone said they had the tire I was needing drove 30 min there to be told by the worker that they don't have the size needed.
Terrible service, more than 30 minutes to put a patch, the boy told him where I was going to put the patch and he hesitated, it took me another 10 minutes to see if it was where I said, the girl who charges you with a bad face and bad character, the The guy who put the patch walks at a snail's pace and on the phone if you don't get to see him, he doesn't do the job and it takes longer
I rented a U Haul truck here to move. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a seamless experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone.
