The experience from A to Z, simply AMAZING.
Sometimes when you go to serve your car for anything, you feel the hustle, the pressure and the up-sale in every other word.
This time we went for a tire change because we are going road trip.

Listen, BRANDON HEYLER, has been incredibly helpful in the entire process, not only recommending and advising, but informing us everything so we understand what needs to be done in our car.

Also, his attitude and good vibe, made us feel comfortable at all time.

We need more BRANDONs in the Customer Service industry.

He has knowledge, charisma and an OUTSTANDING Customer Service.

Always a great experience at this location! I've been coming here for several years and they quickly fix any issues that I may have had.

I have been to this shop 3 times and I must say it has not been a pleasant experience. Many times Chris the manager acts as if he’s doing you a favor in providing service to a paying client. In this last case I set up an appointment and when I showed up no one could find the appointment in the system. I was advised I had to leave my vehicle for 3 hours for him to be able to fix a slow leak on a tire. Not the best of shops when it comes to the service being provided.

Very bad service, a week ago I went and you indicated that they were very busy that you could not even repair my tire, then I decided to wait a week and make an appointment online. It turned out that if they did not confirm the appointment online I did not receive your vehicle to despite having made the appointment more than 4 days ago. I came to pep boys tires and they are already solving me

I like taking my car there for its services. I've always have great service. The staff really takes the upmost pride in their work and customer service.

Very nice gentleman who waited on me, but this location has some issues. They only had 2 techs working and are juggling cars. It 2.5 hours to change 2 tires and do an alignment. I watched my car not being worked on for over 30 minutes. It took them 45 minutes to even ask me for the tire locks. They need to be more efficient. The prices are fair, but when booking a quote online they don't tell you all if the costs. They didn't even tell me the additional prices until i was ready to pay. The services were needed so i was good with it, but communication would have been better.

Bring your wallet. And don't bet on the warranties, more money to for maintenance and hidden stipulations. I tried twice to switch my tires with a lifetime warranty. And was told they had to be rotated and aligned, which is more money per service. Before switching them. That was not discussed when I purchased them. When I called them out on this, they hung up in my Face. Don't waste your hard earned money on 500.00 brand new tires that won't be honored in the end. You been warned. And a trend of single black females ALL saying the same thing. Wow.

I am retired law enforcement 911 first responder I have anxiety attacks due to my PTS the whole staff at Tires Plus were Pleasant informative and professional especially Darien.he made me feel comfortable and did my transaction in the orderly and timely manner I would recommend Tires Plus on Riverside to all my fellow brothers and sisters in law enforcement. Tires Plus serviced my car on an emergency basis on Nov 2019. I waited to give a review so i could check out the work that was performed. Had my car tolled to Tires Plus after closing hours. Received a call the next morning from Chris, the technician with the details of the inspection, diagnostics and recommendation as to what needed to be done. We agreed and i was quoted a price. Once the work started, Chris discovered more extensive problems with my car. He explained in great detail but wanted me to see for myself. He came to my home and picked me up and allowed me to see the problem then drove me back home. Pretty amazing, right! I approved the work and my car was repaired in a timely manner. I trusted his judgement and the work was good. I think Chris went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely let Tires Plus service my car again and I recommend Tires Plus.

Serviced and charged as expected. With the usual.your car could really use.etc. That you didn't ask for.

I was quoted $1000 for brakes AND billed $10 for inspection when there are signs advertising free brake inspection. I do not recommend this place, especially for single women.

I always bring my vehicle here for tires and routine maintenance. I trust that I am always given a fair price and I am always satisfied with the work they do! I have never had to return due to poor service. There is a shop closer to my house but I always go to this one due to the outstanding customer service and the trust I have in them!

I went in for two new tires and was given the price for the cheapest tires when I needed quality tires. I was quoted $396.48 each tire which equals out to $738.96 and to remind you those are the cheapest tires and i am sure taxes were not included. I called Walmart and found two tires of great quality with warranty for $160.00 each saving me $418 bucks and some change. I believe because I am a women this location was attempting to rip me off, but who knows! And who can prove it? I do however agree that the staff seemed nice and well groomed, but cheap tires for almost 400 buck a piece is unheard of and I needed good tires not CHEAP TIRES. So, I think I won this round and hit the jackpot because the location lost me as a client and I gained quality tires with warranty.

A terrible experience after $1000 espend in the store, four tires, alignment, injector's clean.etc the end results the alignment it was not done we'll

I didn’t even want to write this review, we’ve already gone to corporate about our experience but other people need to know to AVOID AT ALL COST! The manager Chris was horrible, he talked down to my grifriend and laughed in her face. We took our f-150 to get a simple leak fixed before leaving for vacation. Once they took it apart and looked they quoted $1700 because we needed brakes also. We told them no because it’s going to take days and we don’t want to spend thT right now. But they said “sorry we’ve already started working on it”? So we asked to pick up the car but they said sorry you can’t pick it up till tomorrow trying to stick it to us that they had our car in pieces and nothing we could do about it. AND ALL THIS IS FROM THE MANAGER OF THE STORE.horrible avoid at all cost please. Contact Brian mobile auto repair so professional and cheaper and uses better parts than these clowns.

I have been to this Tires Plus location on multiple occasions to have my daughter's tires and front end worked on. Each time I have been treated nicely by either Diego or Chris who also kept me up to date on what was going on with her vehicle. Once the jobs were completed and the vehicle was picked up, I have never had any issues. Their work has been great and I plan on continuing to use this Tires Plus location.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. Service was quick; even with services provided on the additional reccomendations.

Terrible attitude from the front desk guy this early morning (may 1st 2019 7: 45 am. I went for an oil change a 2 tires, and he let me go before trying to make a deal.his tone was very rude and not customer- friendly at all.this is the second and last time he made that to me.

My wife and I took our car to this location for an oil change and a check up. We were told that our radiator is leaking and would cost $700.00 to replace. We took our vehicle to Firestone and was told that nothing was wrong with our radiator. Our radiator only needed coolant. We kept an eye on it for a week and there were no issues. This was our first and last time at this location. We were hoping to find a nice auto shop near our home but I guess not. We suggest Firestone Auto Care.
