26This is the 2nd.time that I use tires plus to install my new tires & Ballance them once they receive them from Tire Rack. I do not have any problem with the install and do not have to take it back.
They do good work from what I see but they are overpriced. Pretty much all tire shops are though tires are one of the highest markups of anything. They are overpriced with their other work as well but as far as I can tell if you pretty good work
Misael was so helpful and provided excellent service and grear information. Though I was close to closing time the crew stayed after hours to finish. Unfortunately the new rims that I had ordered from Pep Boys had the wrong bolt pattern. Even though they put work into tires on the rims they did not charge me. I will be back with the correct rims and would not consider going anywhere else.
It's close to the house so it's convenient. Have to watch the salespeople, the three times I bought tires there they tried the old bait-and-switch. Make sure you get an online estimate and bring it with you so you can debate the price with the sales manager. If they can take you for a few more dollars and they will!
Long wait prices too high guys standing around eating n talking while customers waited, 1 customer even got so mad he left
Clean shop and nice people. I come here for tires for my wife's and my car. The only annoyance is when I come back to use the lifetime balance and rotation or the lifetime alignment they keep trying to sell me on other stuff I know doesnt really need to be fixed or done. I will keep coming back for tires though.
