I called up here to get a quote and the guy obviously new i didn’t know much about cars and he told me something so small would be $800.i called around to other places and ron’s muffler depot on edgewood ave was less than a quarter of that price! Be careful.these people will jip you.ron was amazing and had what i needed done in less than 20mins! I highly suggest checking him out.

Really don't know anything about cars but the gentleman that I met there when I got my alignment done they were really cool very helpful very considerate and very attentive to everything I needed very respectful and got it done at a decent time and still follow it all the covid-19 rules and all-around respectable they get a five star thank you guys for being respectful and helpful and always thank you I'll be back to get my brakes done

Every time I go I have an appointment and still wait for an hour and half or longer for a regular oil change. After three times of this happening Iam going to go somewhere else. The staff is very rude also. Not going here again.

Had a 3: 30 appointment for an alignment. At 5 o'clock they told me they couldn't do it because they were Alignment machine just broke.

Very helpful. Very friendly. Even when they were short handed. Didn't mind the wait. Thank you!

Horrible to receive service on brakes. Staff is very rude the corporate office does not do follow up on complaints to ensure a customers concerns are met. Mechanic left brakes and parts loose during brake inspection. Stay away from this location at all costs. I can't get them to replace the bad singing breaks that they placed on my vehicle.

William and Jeremy have given the best service I could ask for when it comes to tires and repair. Their integrity and honesty should be the standard for all others. They showed me what was up and did not try to nickel and dime me like some other mechanics would.

Awful service! High prices and rude workers. After paying over $700 for brakes, they never fixed them. High way robbery at it's best by a corporate company.

Rodger at Tires Plus is amazing. He has so much integrity. I took my vehicle there twice for service, older vehicle that I love, and it ran wonderfully after. Well, I had to go back there for something different. I thought it would be really bad. He charged me for the diagnostics and as it turns out it was something very small. He did NOT try to make something up to charge me more. Wow! That is a RARE QUALITY. Thank you Rodger and Tires Plus.

Put a bad oil drain plug back on my car and has a leak. I was informed & told it would be $15 for a new one when the aren't that much. However, I went outside to call my mother to inform her of the issues & when I came back in they said "we've went ahead & put it back on for you" then the next day I notice oil leaking. This was my 2nd time here but not my 2nd time at a Tires plus as I been going to this, Orange park & Normandy location for over approximately 2 yrs.

Rodger was so nice & helpful! 10/10 recommend coming here if you need anything done on your vehicle.

Terrible place brought car in they over charged me by like 600$ and didn’t even fix my car go someplace else this place is terrible

Great customer service, very good prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, great sanitation practices. The only challenge is the amount of "rework" required after the initial service. This is my primary place for basic auto repairs and services.

These guys are slower than a turtle in molasses in January. They said it would take over 3.5 hours to remove a nail from a tire and patch it up. They will literally make you wait all weekend for a job that can be done in less than an hour. I really wish I knew why they are so slow.

This use to be a GREAT place for service but the customers have ruined it. I was greeted with hostility when I showed up for a scheduled front-end alignment. I called tires plus customer service and the guy was amazing. He actually got me over to Firestone tires who rescheduled my alignment.

Unbelievable! They have had a company vehicle tied up for 5 days to do a simple tire replacement and balance, still can’t get it right. Made 5 trips back and forth to this place and was lied to multiple times. Said on Saturday it was done, here to pick up Monday morning, still not done. Who’s running this place? Take heed and do not bring your vehicle. The guys are friendly enough, but cannot get anything done.
