Carlos was very helpful I wasn't able to get my tire fixed but at lease he tried to help.

I went in for an oil change and for changing out a rear light that I saw with my own eyes that was out. Not only was the staff adamant that it wasn’t out, I had to literally argue and request the change even if they didn’t see it, and they finally agreed it was out. Months later I got get another oil change at my normal gainesville location only to find out that they completely messed up the threads during the last oil change. So now they’re having to fix what the incompetent people at this tires plus did, which is costing me time and money and which made me miss a doctor appointment, and pay the fee for cancelling it because a normal oil change turned into a 6 hour ordeal to fix what they messed up. Do not go to this location! They don’t know what they’re doing and it will cost you!

Driving down John Young, I ended up getting a flat tire and pulled into tires plus for help. Less then 10 min, I was able to see the issue with my tire and they even went ahead to check out the rest of my tires as well! Came here due to my A/C not working, they quoted me a little under 3K to replace my entire unit rather than telling me the part that’s damaged.went to another mechanic off of Donegan; Service Plus Automotive paid under 800$ and my air is amazing now and only needed a COMPRESSOR Tires Plus tried to charge me double the price for the parts (that I did not need) and the parts were just as much as labor. At first I agreed then cancelled and they advised me it would be 250$ to put the car back together after changing my mind within 15 mins of agreeing. I told them leave it as is, I’ll figure it out. For them to reply don’t worry about it we’ll put it back together! DO NOT GET MAJOR WORK DONE HERE!

Made an appointment for brake check, oil change and flat repair. The guy at the counter immediately asked for me reschedule. I told him I at least needed the flat repair or new tire. Came back to get my car at closing (after no call) and they didn’t even touch my car. Then forgot to drive my car out. Waste of time

Terrible took my car there they broke thr keys and wont repair.will conract bbb.and report them. Also did not even tell us it was broken. Very Unprofessional.

It was a series of bad circumstances that lead us to being here. But the one employee I interacted with was friendly.

Pep boys on Osceola was a veryyy long wait with rude and unprofessional staff. These guys were courtes and polite and very quick.

Super helpful. Got my car in and out fast. I had a nail in my tire. They didn't charge me because I got my tires there.

Arrived exactly 30 minutes before closing with a flat tire and 2 employees said they could not change the tires because they are closing. How dare you have the time at the door stating 7pm and decide just to not give service.

They made a service without my authorization. You must take care if you decide to visit this place. The amability is ok

My tire blew and they were the only ones who could get my special size and took me in even when they were fully booked. I forget the women's name but she really went above and beyond

This is just a summary. I’ve been going through headaches to have them right their wrongs. Since June of 2020 until today I have been trying to get Tires Plus Hunters Creek to right their wrongs.

I had almost $4,000 worth of work done on my 2009 Nissan Altima. Work that was suggested to be done by this location. Due to medical reason I don’t drive drive a lot. Although my car ran very well, there was one concern that I had. I have a long history with another tires plus and trusted this business as a whole. Tires Plus Hunters Creek took my money and made my car worse.

Upon inspection they called me and advised me of all this work that would need to be done soon. I agreed to have that work done along with some preventative maintenance (this location suggested). When I picked up my car it was trembling really bad and driving very sluggish. I brought my car back about 9x. Each time I would leave my car. They would call and say it’s ready and would hand me my keys as if it was fixed. The dealership (after I took i was told to bring it there for a diagnostic) found mistakes on work that they just completed. Although the work has warranties they now will not return my calls or take any accountability. I realized through this time that some of the work I paid for was not completed at all. First it was just this location, but now I’m disappointed and disgusted with Tires Plus as an entity. My car ran better before I dropped it off.
