Pros: Scott was professional and easy to deal with on the phone.

Cons: Labor is $170 per hour. (average hourly rate for mechanic work in the US is between $75 and $130 per hour). Therefore, Tires Plus is an astounding $40 MORE PER HOUR than the HIGHEST national average.

Additionally, Tires Plus will charge you a $111 diagnostics fee no matter what (even if you tell them what is wrong). My timing belt broke. It was obvious to anyone. Yet, I was still charged a $111 diagnostics charge to be told I needed a new timing belt. Go figure.

Moreover, my radio had stopped working. I was again charged another $111 diagnostics fee to be told it needed a new fuse. Again, go figure.

Had I not already paid $200 to have my car towed to Tires Plus, I would have never used them and gone elsewhere. It is painfully apparent Tires Plus took advantage of me, and I hope you learn from my mistake.

I will never return to Tires Plus.

Alonso, my service advisor, was super nice. He kept me updated & answered my questions about tire codes. When the single tire needed to complete the set didn’t come in, he went out of his way to pick one up from a different location. Even though Tires Plus is a big business, this location is run like a small business with the care and personal attention given to their customers. Alonso deserves a big raise, seriously! All the staff I have dealt with at the RPB location have been nice and respectful. The tires were affordable and perform very well too!

Chris and crew always do a top notch job. We won't trust our vehicles to anyone else.

Every time I go into a tires plus, the people are condescending and don't care. I will never do business with this company again. 4 hours to fix a flat. Gtfoh

I needed a tire patched but was told it would be 3 hours wait. There was nobody in the waiting room, and I asked if I could come back the next day and was told that they finish today's work tomorrow, so it would still be a several hours wait. THEY DO NOT NEED MY BUSINESS NOR MY MONEY.

Great fast service with appointments. Small business but very efficient. Other services are provided besides tires.

They are very misleading and don't care about your personal time or making sure they have qualified personnel on site to attend, they try to get you to pay into more service items while providing less quality attention to detail

Scratched my brand new bumper on my bmw and denied they had anything to do with it. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place

Omar, and Louis helped me patch my tire. They went above and beyond to make sure my stressful day, turned around quick, due to their professionalism, expert level customer service, and quick technical know how to have me on my way in record time. Go to Tires Plus if you want to have: a quality reliable, excellent customer service experience. Upper Management needs to celebrate the whole team at this location. I use this one all the time because of my favorable experiences with Omar and Louis! Richard is awesome as well. I forget to the other names I had. Hope this review helps. Luis was exceptional, service was fast, friendly and prices are great and like everything that's great you might have to wait.but it's worth it.

After being a customer for 19 years, the store would not honor their work after tampering with tire sensors. 25 miles after leaving store a tire sensor activated. All pressure was good. Brought it back and they told me it was the battery. The manager asked why did I wait so long to return. I said to him I had a funeral and a wedding to attend and it’s not easy to get out to the store. I said that corporate would not allow him to install customers parts in the vehicle. And he wanted to charge me full price for the sensor and installation. I was trying to meet him halfway by having them install new sensor I purchased and but he refused to do so. He was extremely disrespectful and I don’t understand why, after so many years, they would treat a customer this way. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. They cleared a sensor alarm so that I would discover and they would not have to pay for it.

Be careful with this place. I've been coming here for years. They always try to upsell you. Every time. Today, I brought it in for a simple oil change and a tire rotation, and alignment. They called us as usual to tell me they can't do the tire rotation because the outer edge of 3 of my tires are bad and I need to replace them. Odd since I have the unlimited alignments agreement with them for a couple years now. And we put new tires on the vehicle less then 10000 miles ago plus we rotated them last oil change. We do the alignment every oil change. So, there should have been no un even wear. Any way, I told them I will evaluate it myself and found I had plenty of tread left on the outer edge of my tires. Someone who doesn't know any better would have replaced 3 tires and spent an extra $800. I think I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I highly recommend Tires Plus on Southern Blvd.in Royal Palm Beach. Employees are experienced and professional. They went above and beyond to repair my car which unexpectedly turned out to have some serious problems. They patiently explained everything to me. I will definitely continue to take my car in for service.

I purchased $3000 worth of tires from this place and I just needed my tire fixed with a nail in it and they told me it would be five days before they could get to fix my tire.

I thought that it was a save and reliable place but I was wrong because I went there like a month ago to check the tires of my car, like zI was working I let it there to pickup later. When they called me back to get my car they told me that zI have to talk with the manager, what happened was that an associate of Tire Plus hit my car and damaged, they told me that they are going to pay everything after that I have to

I recently came in for a life time alignment and will never be coming back to this location. They told me they were unable to complete my alignment due to a lower right ball joint being worn and quoted me a ridiculous price of $600 to replace one ball joint! I took it to my local mechanic and found out my ball joint is in good condition and doesn’t need to be replaced. This was very unprofessional of this location and I will not be back.

Went to get a wheel alignment and my clutch bled. After waiting awhile they made up a story that the dealer would have to bleed the clutch some nonsense about special tools. So I told them just do the alignment. Again after waiting about a half hour they came out and told me without driving the car that they were scared to put it on the alignment machine. The car drives fine I just drove it 15 miles to get there. I rate Tires Plus at a ZERO and will never go back. I went home and my wife helped me bleed the clutch no special tool just my wife pumping the clutch pedal and myself opening the bleader value like any other clutch.

I feel lucky that I have not had my car serviced at this location after what my girlfriend has had to put up with after her last time here. To start with they destroyed the wheel lock key. When I asked about it the counter guy is just like ‘ They go bad some times. Like drain plugs’. Well two days later and her car is broke down on a Turnpike exit with oil running out from under it, she had a oil change and fluid check. It could all be coincidence but I love it up to the reader to decide

The front Employees are helpful, and the Techs are good.
They do a decent inspection, which is good info to know, but, don't up-sell shtuff you don't absolutely need.
Me and my parents have been getting tires, alignments, and oil changes for a few years there and very rarely have an issue.
