This tire plus is awesome. The customer service from Shawn and Ben is outstanding. The mechanics do an amazing work. I come here for all my mechanic work.

Manager is lacking people skills. I purchased trailer tires from Tires Plus a couple of years ago and one of the tires developed slow leak. I went back to them, since this is where the tires were purchased, to see if they could look at it and was told no they don’t patch trailer tires. I let them know that it more than likely a valve stem and did not require a patch. The mangers response was still we don’t patch trailer tires due to Bridgestone policy. I wonder if Bridgestone has a policy for being courteous to potential customers or if they allow all managers to act condescending! Needless to say I left and ended up purchasing 4 new tires from another shop rather than hassling with a repair! Good job Tires Plus. I’ll be sure not to recommend this shop!

This shop is the worst, they didn't repair my transmission, they broke it by using cheaper alternative fluid. My brakes wobble worse than they did before but at least I work I suppose. Do your samples favor and wait for a reputable dealership and have your vehicle service there. Shots like this destroy cars. An SUV is $40,000 these days you don't want these guys touching it

4 hrs for tires to be balanced and rotated tben they worked on a car behind my bay and I couldn't leave never again

Needed a tire done last minute. The manager was helpful and even helped me find a discount i qualified for as a broke college student. He was also super transparent about wait times and explaining the process. As a young female, I get pretty frustrated with more auto shops as they price gauge. Even being a little understaffed, he spoke of his staff highly. This really made a big difference, as a small business owner… I know the labor shortages but I’ve seen some pretty unprofessional management lately. I really felt like he ran the place like it was his own mom and pop shop, I will be using this place from now on.

Key notes:
No appointment, in and out in an hour and a half for a tire.
Had several staff ask if I needed anything or would like to change the tv channel, etc.

They seem to have a good system going here.

They told me they work on lifted vehicles so I specifically took it there. They aligned it and i was pleased with the alignment once I left. Then I started noticing that it was driving weird so I took it back a week later so they can realign the caster more and they said they couldn’t because my truck was too lifted. I left my vehicle there over night and they call me next day at 5pm telling me they couldn’t do it. I would never take any of my vehicles there again!

Very helpful and courteous staff. I had a nail in one of my tires. They pulled it out and since the tire was not leaking, they did not charge me. I will return there next time I need anything tires. Other services are also available.

Ben and R'sheed really took care of me today! It was around 430 on a Sunday. My tire was showing metal and with integrity and and my families best interest in mind, they change my tire no problem! When a father and family man was in need these guys at Tire Plus on 50 took care of me! This is the kind of human beings this planet should be grateful to have. Thank you very much gentlemen!

Avoid at all costs! I scheduled an appointment for 3pm, had it dropped off by 2: 45pm, and was told that they had to run out and grab the tires (was told roughly an hour or so for that) and my car would be first car taken care of after the tires got back. I called a couple times throughout the day and was told repeatedly my car would be done by the time they close at 7.

I showed up at 6: 45, and could see that my car was in the exact same spot that I dropped it off at, with no work done to it. I asked the front desk when it would be done and was told "It's all done, it is on a test drive right now to make sure it is good". Lied right to my face. Spoke to them again at 8: 15pm and was fed more lies about the tire warehousing sending wrong sizes, and that "the car being done was just a miscommunication"

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Save yourself the time and headaches and go literally anywhere else but here.

Daughter went in for oil change took 5 hours with appointment. Got appointment time and name mixed up. Finally got name changed on billing with wrong address printed out. Over charged even with coupon. Will not be back to this location. First and only time. Lost my family's business!

Our Employer uses them for fleet service.
I hate it. Every time pressureabout something else need fixing. I came for oil change geez. Today i stand in line for over 10 minutes and have yo ask the manager if he was working. I waited in line for himhesaid just a few minutes. 10 minutes later a blonde female walked in and shes attended. I told himi tought it was BSand left.

Good mechanics I consider myself a pretty good mechanic but they found a few things and I didn't catch a good job fixing

Expect to wait many many hours for work that should take an hour or less. In my case 6hrs. Horribly slow. Overbooking customers with false promises. Be honest or turn people away. There's plenty of other mechanics in town. Get a guarantee on how long they will have your car OR go elsewhere! I won't go back!
