Said to walk in with no appointment for rotation on the phone. Walked in and they said I needed an appointment as d that they couldn't get it done that day. Just say that on the phone then.

They are very kind friendly and do good work.always there when I need my experience with them good. Thank you guys always.

Ramon was super helpful. I called around noon and they have my 274/55/20 but only one. He quickly gave me an out the door quote and I showed up a cpl hours later without an appointment. He got me in and out within 30 minutes! To my surprise my bill was $40 cheaper. Ramon definitely takes care of the customer.

The worst experience I've ever had. And I usually like tires plus for my vehicle issues. They normally have great customer service. Today they searched my vehicle without my permission for a lug lock they could have asked me for. They searched my whole vehicle including my center console safe. When I let them know this upset me the clerk proceeded to yell in my face and say I didn't have the right to be upset. Straight thieves and super rude. Would never recommend this place for your vehicle and protection of privacy.

Called them yesterday to see if they'd swap out tires off of one rim for us and put the better ones on. They said yes and made us an appointment for the next day. We get there only to be told they won't put my 2 tires on my vehicle as they only install IN STORE BOUGHT tires. No where is it stated they'd only install BRAND NEW BOUGHT IN STORE tires. They once again refused fixing tires we have to be fixed or switched. Makes no sense to me but whatever.

I needed a tire at 7 am in the morning. It was my first time at this shop. I was immediately taken care of, in and out. Great, honest service with good pricing. The office was clean and pleasant to wait. The gentleman in office was nice as well. Definitely earned my business and will be back soon for a oil change. Thank you

Craziness. Imagine just having a baby 20 hours ago, leaving hospital found flat. This location went completely out the way and sorted me out in record time. They did a great job at a fair price. Rarely you can give Kudos these days. Kudos and thanks again for the assist.

5/5 stars. We previously bought the lifetime alignment for our car and got all of our tires with warranty there. We called on Friday and they were able to get us in on Saturday for an appointment. We told them we are wanting to use the alignment because we haven’t yet but also told them about our concerns. Our front passenger tire was wobbling at 60mph. They suggested a few issues it might be and tests they can do to check. They kept us updated with each step and also let us know that another tire also had a nail and they were able to fix everything under our warranties and do the alignment. We left feeling much safer on the road and extremely satisfied that they honored all the warranties and things we have purchased previously. Another thing I want to note is that the place was very busy and every single person that came in was treated with individualized care and attention just like we were. Overall very happy and thankful for the good experience.

Liars, cheats, and thieves! They have trouble getting their stories straight. They will rip you off and damage your car all while giving you attitude about it. Do yourself a solid and go somewhere else.

Don’t go. Took my car in for oil change, asked them to PLEASE double check my tires as I’m going on 2000 mile trip. Well all my tires have 25 lbs of pressure instead of 32! Now I have to go to another place to have my tires checked because they didn’t do what I ask them to do and in addition they charged me $70 for a stupid regular oil change and that was including a $10 coupon. And they also came out and told me that the mechanic recommended I replace my wiper blades because they were streaking well isn’t that funny. I just had them replaced less than three months ago at the exact same place when I was in there for the last oil change. Total rip off and obviously their mechanics went to monkey school. Don’t go there you’re wasting your money. Now I don’t even trust that my tires are on my car correctly.

When work was completed Bill showed full synthetic used and 99.00 I pointed this out to service msg at desk and advised me that I requested that oil which I did not

I was in a jam to get a valve stem replaced on a Sunday and all dealers told me they could not help me. Call tires plus they told me to bring it straight in did it while I waited, I was so happy I bought the whole store lunch

The ladies in the front are always helpful and the guys will go out of their way to make sure they do the best the can. I go there for all my tire needs. They do more than just tires too.
