Been here twice and each time I have been met with great service qand professionalism. Highly recommend. Johnny is great.

I went to this location about 3 days ago and I can't not express myself enough of how terrible experience it was. I do not plan on coming back or recommending TIRES PLUS to nobody. After calling and asking for prices over the phone, I was told somehting completely oposite than it actually happened. When I got to the store the estimate went from around $800 to over $4K. Instead of doing the breaks I thought only doing the alignment was the best idea because it was the only fare price they had on their estimate. I was told that they were going to take at least one hour to finish up the job so I left the store. I went back to get the car and I realized they have done absolutely nothing. I went back to Mr. JOEL LOPEZ and I asked him why my car was the same way when I first brought in, his answer was just we"we already got the job done" I asked to speak with the manager. The manager on duty refused talking to me and said they were going to give me a refund. I told them I was not there for the refund, I was there to get my car aligned. They refused to perform the job that I paid for and issued me a refund. They made me waste my entire day of work! Please do not waste your time coming here, they are not worth it!

After waiting more than an hour for a tire repair because I had a flat tire while I was on the road, I was called in and told that they couldn’t repair my tire because I have less than 4/32 of tread on one spot. That in itself isn’t terrible, but the whole time I was treated coldly and very indifferently. No warmth, no care, and if they would’ve taken my tire and at least told me before I sat there and waited for an hour, she wouldn’t have wasted my time. I’ll go somewhere else.

These guys are amazing and fast, came to change a tire and they were really busy but still were able to help me. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The blonde lady in the front is very professional and helpful!

Truly an awesome team! Got me back on the road in no time and at a good value. Seriously, I looked up the parts I'd need to do the work myself using CarQuest hardware (not even OEM) and it was solidly a better plan to bring the car in so the real experts could do it.

Terrible attention! I just needed to install a rubber on a wheel that I needed urgently and they told me that they couldn't with 30 minutes left to close the place! I had to n wheel and tire on my truck. It was just installing and balancing! I will not return or recommend them!

Go ahead and call. Make a reservation. When I got there, they had no information. I won't be back.

Fantastic location! They have always taken great care with each of our cars, from tire changes to tire rotations to wheel alignments. We have always received great service at a great price.

Tires Plus was not able to fix my flat tire because of where it was damaged. They were able to replace the tire and was there for about an hour from driving in to driving out with an appointment.

I keep trying to give this place a chance and they just keep costing me time and more money. I dropped my mini cooper off for a simple tie rotation and oil change. Now the car is idling rough and part of the actual hood flew off the car on the highway and shattered into pieces. Now I'll have to replace the piece and have is custom painted to go with the car. I'm so disappointed in how much their service level has declined in the last several years. Don't waste your money people. It's not like it used to be!

Why did they take parts of the car to do an oil change? This is the third time I've taken this vehicle here and had issues.it used to be such a reliable, affordable establishment. I'm so very disappointed at this whole experience.

I set an appt, or so I thought. Even if you set up an appt online it doesn’t mean anything if nobody from the shop confirms it, rendering the online appt system useless and making it impossible to plan your day around scheduling with this place. Last two times I tried to go here for a wheel alignment check I just left because my car would have had to stay there all day, the place was so SLAMMED. There wasn’t even anywhere to park in their parking lot. Better off going to another location.

Worst service ever. Called and asked how long to look at my tires Shaw said a couple of hours. He then suggested that I make an appointment which I did. I arrived at my scheduled time and he told me that he should have called me but the was the only one there. He said he would have to handle me as a walk in. BS! I used them previously and there were bad then. I thought I’d give them another chance but now I will NEVER go back. Useless!

I’ve done my best to give this location my business, but they have just done a poor job all around with my car, my wife’s car, complex things, easy things. I always have to come back because nothing is fixed the first time. Here’s the tire they replaced yesterday. When I came back because the tire pressure sensor was on, they said “No, you’re all good. ” Well it’s flat this morning.

They had my tire in stock which was a rare size and got to me same day. They just did t call me right away to let me know. That was the only downside
