The attitude is just not Right. This employee Moises did as much as possible to make us wait and to delay in calling the manager. We were requesting a warranty to cover the cost of one tire and the work performed. They did an incomplete diagnosis that caused a posterior problem and the business needs to acknowledge its responsibility. We had paid more than $700 to replace the four tires but they mounted one of them on a damaged rim, so it emptied while driving on the turnpike and the tire is visibly affected and they did not want to provide us with a replacement. Nor fair. Marcos is the only one there that tried to solve the problem.but the manager did something else.

The manager is very rude and even raised his voice to my wife when we tried to request the warranty for a tire from a previous work that left an air leak. The tire was run with low pressure while we found a safe place to mount the spare and when I got there the workers assured me that the tire had to be replaced but when the manager Diego realized it was their responsibility because they didn't say anything about the rim being bent, suddenly his opinion changed to "the tire is good and no need to replace it", we just put a sealant an you can go. "

This place has excellent service, they are very kind to the clients, very responsible, I recommend them.

I was told to bring in my vehicle at 8 am on a Sunday to avoid long wait times and I arrived at 7: 40 am and waited only for them to tell me that there is a 2-3 hour wait time for a simple oil change. This has happened once before. I have 3 vehicles I take there needless to say never again. Another waste of time. The counter service is horrible. However the technicians are great. They definitely need to get customer service training.

TODAY My 17 years old son had an appointment for an Oil Change and check 1 rear tire at 9: 00 am he arrived 5 min before, and they did nothing to the car for 3 hours, at 12: 00pm they took the car inside and 1,5 hours later they finished 4.5 HOURS for an oil change with appointment, that's UNBELIEVABLE, NEVER AGAIN!

Got a flat tire today, and even though they were minutes from closing, Marcos and Abelardo went out of their way to help, and fast! They were extremely nice and very attentive. My whole day had gone horrible, and they definitely made my day better with their amazing service. Thank you Marcos for making it happen! And thank you Aberlardo for taking care of the repair so quickly! I will absolutely use their services again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A+

I went last week to remove a nail in a rubber, the office staff told me 3 hours, I waited 4 hours and they don't give an answer, they ignore you as if the client is not paying for the service, I left the place without doing the service since the office staff is pathetic, what a waste of time

The worst of the worst they damaged my car they put more oil in it now I have to pay for the repair in another workshop because I don't trust them to take the car back

Made an appointment for 930 and my car wasn’t touched until 11…. Mind you it’s 12 and my car still isn’t done. Don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment. Over $100 for an oil change is a little absurd. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Lack of respect for the client, they give them a shift schedule and when they arrive they tell them that they cannot attend to them because they are close to closing time.

Bad service front desk don't go there if you don't drive nice new car they look at you bad and bad service if you have older model car and dress with coat and tie

Hello! I own a Mercedes Benz c-250 and I came in for a little coolant leak that wasn’t so bad, both tubes were cracked a little. I took my car here and they claimed to have fixed it, I took the car home and still coolant issue I took it back and turns out they missed a pipe! How the heck do you not check on the car when you are done fixing it. I have BOTH receipts to proof both visitations for each pipe. Because of that I had to take my car home damaged thinking it was fixed to only come back. Now it doesn’t end there. Again they have claimed to have fixed it but now my car is acting up completely strange, worse than when I had brought it. Took it to the Mercedes dealership mechanic and they showed me pictures of coolant stains all over the spark plugs and other important stuff that is necessary and now damaged thanks to this. I recommend never taking an luxury car here, take it to the specified mechanic. I tried saving some bucks and coming here but this is the aftermath and result, you get what you pay for. My mechanic at Mercedes is saying I can claim negligence from how bad the repair was.

I had such an amazing experience with Tire Plus! They were so so so nice and helpful. My tire was completely destroyed and they did an amazing job. Abelardo Reiniel and Luis did everything they could to help me and had an amazing customer service, please give them a raise or a bonus! I will definitely be coming back!

I bought a ALIGNMENT " promotion " and as usual the time you need wait is ridiculous more than 3 or 4 hours for real, not even called and made an appointment, they pass in front of you off course all the day clients, can be possible.please avoid these problems and found another place, I don't know what "PROMOTION " IS these. Don't forget service. PLEASE AVOID THESE BUSSINESS.they forgot SERVICE meaning. I FORGET never have a PRINTER and always the printer is not working or bad for the ALIGNMENT RESULTS can be posible pleaseeeeee.

This place is horrible! If I would have know this location was this bad, I would have gone with a different business. The men at the desk had a terrible attitude. Once I got my car back, it looked as if the mechanic was playing in mud because it was full of dirt and grease. This place is the worse!

I came into the store because my tire pressure was low. As soon as I walked in I was attended by Marco. I was in and out in ten minutes. He helped me fill my tires as well as check for any nails. Was super friendly, quick and efficient. Would 100% recommend.
